日本总务省日前宣布，将采取措施加强对垃圾邮件的管理，包括对发信者处以最高３０００万日元（１美元约合１０７．７日元）罚款，规定禁止向信箱用户发送其事先不了解的广告邮件、加强与海外管理部门的合作等。
