The Room comes with a double bed chest of drawers 3 built in wardrobes and a stunning bathroom with shower toilet and sink. The flat is a 3 bed and 3 bathroom first floor property with an open plan living room and kitchen with bay windows. It s situated in a quiet tree-lined street (Brondesbury Villas) only a 2 minute walk from all of the following Bakerloo station Kilburn high road overland and many buses to all parts of London. We are also fortunate enough to have the following shops as our local convenience stores Sainsburys Tesco local M&S Primark Post Office and all the high street banks you can think of. We are two female professionals aged 26 and we are looking for a considerate housemate (preferably female) who appreciates a clean home. We work hard and enjoy both relaxing in the flat and socialising in the evenings and weekends. The rent is £660 per month and bills are in addition to this. This is not available to couples.
