Finding a good job is of vital importance for college students.Having invested countless tuitions in universiy,your parents must hope that you'll be independent.Then,what kind of mentality we should have in consideration of finding jobs after we graduating from colleges?

Prepare for employment

The first and second years are seedtime.During this period,you can relax yourself out of intension in senior high school.What's more,you have to learn extensively to improve your comprehensive quality.Starting your preperations for employment from the third year.Several preperations hereinafter your have to make:First,you should make clear that what kind of employment you want to obtain;Second,you should improve your common skills,such as English and computer;Third,you should accumulate internship experience.A month managing classrooms in New Oriental is also a kind of internship experience.At least you've known what's called job.What more,if you did it well,I'll give you a recommendation,which must do good to your future obtaining employment.

General speaking,sincerity is insufficient in China's society.The sincerity-bond relies on people's trusts after they've known each other.Therefore,recommendation is an useful tool for students to obtain employment.Recommendation knocks on the door of future employment. During the third and last years' summer and winter vocations,you have to do some internships and prepare yourself well to contact with society.

Lower yourself;Higher your future

I divide work into three steps:employment,job,career.

What's employment?It means that you find a job,get waged and be independent economically.Getting economical supports from your parents to finish your education before 22 could be thought as their responsibilities,however,no matter you continue to your graduate education or obtain employment,receiving even a single coin from your parents is contemptible.

I always asking the students what they kind of job they want to do?The answers are always of great expectations and they ask for more concerning the wages.While enterprises are not willing to accept a no-experience student to do this kind of job.Some students get 20,000RMB per month while some get 2,000RMB per month.The latter is not sure to be inferior one,since the following hard work and attitude decide your future wage.

Sometimes I'll test on them.For example,I'll tell them there is no job you want,however,some lavatory-cleaning positions haven't been ocupied,do you want it?Common students won't accept it,however,if anyone will accept it,they must have a bright future.A self-lower one is likely to higher his future.Attitude is result.

The difference lies between job and employment is:Employment is a temporary work that make you live;it doesn't necessarily matter your future,however,job is what you may undertake through your whole life.

Job can turn into career;career is the expansion and extension of job.Even though you've failed in career,you can still back to your job.

College students have no experience.Not many can start career with no failure ends.Approximately 5% of them can survive and 1% of them can be successful.

Sharing brings resources

Sharing in of great importance to college students.Most of children are single child in their families and they lack of abilities to share equally with others  emotionally and materially.Sharing equally and exchanging ideas can bring you benefits through your whole life.If you have 6 apples,you have two choices:One is that you eat them up and go back to dormitory.It seems that you get them all,but actually you've lost the chance to exchange the countless resources;the other choice is that your share these 5 apples with your roommates,you can get their recognition and favor,which eventually will bring your countless resources.It outweights 5 apples endlessly.

Thinking about it further,you'll find that you lose nothing at all.In case someone eats your apples,when he has 6 oranges he must give you one.This is the exchange-principle in society.Sharing with students in colleges;sharing with collegues in companies;sharing success with partners.Then,you'll be the most popular one.

The qualities that your boss emphasizes

One's job consists of two elements:speciality quality and comprehensive quality.In comprehensive quality aspect,there are 5 kinds in my mind:First,pure-heartedness and sincerity.You should look and act sincerily;Second,sureness.Important task will not give you if you are flippancy;Third,communication.Many people are talents but they make office mess.The reason is that they lack of communication ability and think little of others;Fourth,innovation.You should come up with new ideas and let me realize your value.Then you'll get promoted;Last,selflessness.Everyone is selfish to different extent.The point is you should let it be acceptable.

If you keep these in mind,you'll be successful not only in employment but also in career.
