(Yeah, I know that Mother's day dates are not identical depending on where you live, but it's today in Canada) I decided to make Hash Browns[ ^], it will probably be a succesful event! Seriously, I'm making ribs and a lot of other goodies for mom and sister (who is a mom also)... I also have a few "grams" (yes, grams) of Pata Negra Jamon Iberico, the real expensive stuff, direct from Spain. Have a good one; here it's sunny, the birds are singing and it will be warm.
