Demi Lovato’s Surprise Visit to Her Father

Star Magazine has a story coming out in it’s July 7th issue which talks about Demi Lovato’s reunion with her father. Now, Star is a tabloid, so don’t believe everything they print okay? If this story is true, I thought it was wonderful. I love hearing about child/parent reunions. :D

Anyway, supposedly Demi surprised her father, Patrick Lovato, after not seeing each other for 4 years. Patrick tells Star magazine about how he met Demi’s mother, got married, started a family and then their marriage didn’t last. He moved to New Mexico, was dealing with some health problems and that put distance in between his and Demi’s relationship.

Demi surprised Patrick by showing up at his dad’s house.

“I walked out of the bedroom — and there was Demi! I couldn’t believe how beautiful she was.The first thing she said to me was, ‘Hey, partner… I love you!’ We threw our arms around each other and began to cry.”
