Six Tips for Your Long Life Span

 

1.       Caution: illness finds its way in by the mouth. Our hands play a very important role in spreading out numerous diseases. Any hand tainted by viruses and bacterium could lead to an infection even through the touch of skin around mouth and nose. Thus, the saying that ‘diseases come from hands’ has never been overdone. Therefore, it is terrifically essential to wash hands from time to time.

2.       Busy as you, remember to spend time with your family.Keeping intimate relation with your family is an efficient way to prevent heart disease and provide us strong immunity force. No matter how colorful our social activities might be, no one could afford to lose an intimate relation which offers us opportunities to open our minds, and share our worries.

3.       Give up smoking.A cigarette contains more than 400 chemical substances, more than 40 of which will cause cancers. The number of smokers who die from lung cancer is the 16 times than that of the nonsmokers. Giving up smoking is both a physical benefit to our own health and a loving demonstration to our family. Secondhand smoking, with children being the worsted affected victims, has been listed as the top cause of cancer by the WHO, because it is more harmful than original smoking.

4. Open windows and invite the nature in. In the condition of abundant sunshine and floating air,     viruses can be sterilized in just a few minutes, so that ventilation is the best way to sterilize viruses. Therefore, I suggest you to guarantee the indoor aeration in spite of the cold weather.

5.       Basking in the sunshine properly.Sunshine is a natural stimulant. The best way to regain our energy is to take a thirty-minute walking or jogging in the light of dawn, because it enables our body to store large amount of vitamin D which contributes to strengthen our bone frame and teeth. As the best place to conduct physically sterilization, do develop the good habit as drying your quilt and clothing in the sun instantly.

6.       Believe having a sweet sleep every night.Many people bring their job concerns to their sleeping time. They lean on bed with their day time job in mind, or calculate their count book, or even fight with their bosses in a spirit state.If you have the same situation, why not find yourself a ‘free-exhausted chair’ before your getting on bed. By sitting on the chair for ten minutes and putting a delicate scrutiny at what you have done in the entire day, you may at least judge their importance, though it can’t bring you any realistic solutions, and decide which matter you will set about tomorrow.

Unhealthy living habit is the health-killer at any time, while our life will be benefited a great deal from health habits. In a word, health relies on habit and stems from the subtlety in our life. Do keep these tips in mind, my blogers.
