The Cheapest Way to Keep Fit

Women spend a lot of money about keeping fit, how to be both ecnomical and effective? The expert has such suggestions:

Skipping-- Athletes will also choose this kind of way to do physical exercise, which may prove the effectiveness of skipping. Moreover, it also prove that it is not only for the kids but also the most economical way to keep fit.

Gym in your office-- You can train your belly on the chair and even just several steps to relax yourself.

Take the advantage of the park-- Just go to the park with kids and play with them such as climbing and sliding, you will keep fit.

Do the housework-- This is the most effective and the most creative way to keep fit and it can also help you to burn a lot of energy such as washing the floor which can burn 1465--1794J in an hour.
