hello We have a fantastique double room in a new house very close to Mudchute station(zone 2)in fantastic and very quiet area. The property is a 4 bedroom fully furnish house and a barbecue garden you will have to share with 1 couple and 2 french guys. Its a 2 floors property 2 bathrooms2 toilets1 huge living room1 kitchen and a big barbecue garden. All amenities are very close mudchute station(Dlr)4 min walk Cnary wharf(15 min walk or 5 min in Dlr) Asda supermarket(7min walk) Bus stoppost office(1 min walk) Thames river and Docklands(4 min walk) Farm (10 min walk) You will have to add aproximately 35£ month for council taxthames water. Facilities Central heating in all rooms Double glazed windows in all rooms Fully fitted kitchen fridge-freezerovenmicrowavetosterwashing machine etc It is important for us to have a housemates who contribute helping to keep the house clean and behave responsibly.
