Ok, this will be short and sweet this evening. My blood sugars today… 88, 91, 98 and 94.
Breakfast… Handful of (what do you think-yes)… nuts.
Lunch… Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup and a handful of combos.
Snack- 1/2 banana
Dinner… Salad, green beans and 1 small dinner roll.
Exercise wise, I shoveled snow and rode the elliptical. Seriously, how boring am I? I am craving something tonight but don’t know what it is. Do you ever get like that? Thank goodness we don’t have any chocolate in the house… that is all I am going to say! Have a great night y’all.
