      由于在德国的另一家公司注册了"G-Mail"的商标,类似于谷歌公司的"Gmail"商标,搜索引擎巨头在"Gmail"商标侵权案中败诉.G-mai在德国l代表"Giersch Mail",Daniel Giersch公司是一家经营电子邮政传输服务的公司,如果那不是电子邮件,我们也不知道那是什么.
 
      结果,欧洲人认为GMAIL就是谷歌公司的吉邮（Gmail）,在英国谷歌的电子邮件服务也叫吉邮,在那一家公司在谷歌推出电子邮件服务后立刻抢注了"Gmail"商标.
 
      这个故事告诉我们的是:下次你再要推出任何你的服务的时候,保证在推出服务前已经为你的服务注册好了商标.像谷歌公司,它真是中了"头彩",这我们在嘻哈里长说的,真是太糟糕了.
