
This clock can operate to tell time as long as there are flies or similar insects, and does not need external electrical or mechanical power. If the insects fly to the adhesive rolling belt, they will be brought to the leveling beam below, and drop into the microbiological fuel cell to go through the bacterial digestion process, causing chemical change and extracting therein the useable energy, which is the power source used for actuating the axis of rolling.
