Dancing With the Stars alum, Mario Lopez, was on Live with Regis and  Kelly this morning where he worked out with them and promoted his new instructional book “Knockout Fitness.” I’m not trying to be a jerk but I’m slightly tired of celebrities putting out fitness books and videos because, while I’m sure they have advice, I’m positive that they are getting their information from a coach/professional. I’m glad people are trying to promote better health but I also think that celebs have enough money without claiming expertise that they don’t have. Still, Mario does look pretty great… Watch the segment: Regis Philbin refrained from doing any of the exercise but he did sit with them while Mario and Kelly Ripa worked out. Mario is crazy if he thinks you can do some of those moves with a chair. My chairs would either break or tip over if anyone tried to do those exercises. Oh well, I’m all for promoting physical activity so I’m happy he is reminding people to get moving! Share This
