Be accused of judging of somebody’s breasts
Mr zheng from xin zhu,Taiwan was careless to touch Mrs chen’s breasts when he was playing karaok yesternight .Instead of apologizing ,he told her that her boobs are very small. Mrs chen felt so hurt as to charge him with his an affront in public.The Prosecutor made a conclusion that judging somebody’s breasts is not enough to Constitute a crime after investigation . They decided not to sue him finally.
Taiwan media reported that ,according to the Prosecutor, Mr chen ,25 and mrs chen ,25 ,played in the same karaok very late in that night in Xinli Taoyuan .Mr zheng touched mrs chen’s boobs when he went to bathroom. Mrs chen thought he took advantage of her .Mr chen said that it ‘s not a big deal to touch small boobs .
Mrs chen felt so hurt that she called her relatives for help .And then they came to give him a lesseon . Of course ,Mr Zhen is Unwillingto take a beating in vain .So he charge her with heraffront in public too.
Tao yuan Public Prosecutor's Office found that Mr chen ‘s breasts are neither plump nor meager. Her boobs belongs to normal type according to the investigation.
The Prosecutor think that there are different evaluations from different point of view the same as people appreciate somebody else’s stature or appearance. It’s just a Personal view. It’s not enough to damage reputation
