I thought that this was interesting and a suitable posting for many of you that are advocates of these issues. A U.S. Federal Court ruling and the EPA have struck down the 2005 Clean Air Interstate Rule, a cornerstone of the Bush Administration’s plan to control air pollution.

Watch the 2 minute report from CBS as Michelle Miller reports how how the overturn of the clear air rule will affect us all as there are now no strong limits on clear air and dangerous levels of smog are now expected.
