Why it might be a killer
Some people are plainly not picture perfect, and definitely could use some Photoshop help, and there is no harm in that, as it’s one’s own picture that gets slightly revamped, and after all if top models of all people get their pics retouched, it would only seem fair to make it available for everyman as well.
Some questions
Are there really so much people who are willing to pay $15 for this service? Wouldn’t it be easier and cheaper to post some other picture not depicting yourself, but maybe a work of art you like or some other random shot?
