From a reader in the defense intelligence game, regarding my post on arms dealers: Without going into detail, I can say that Viktor Bout's arrest will be a blow to the US intelligence community. Because his last name is normally spelled 'Butt' and that makes us giggle like ten year olds whenever we read about him. For example, when his company provided Russian-made Mi-8 helicopters (known in NATO code as the 'Hip') to a particular country, we were able to headline the report, 'Hip Movement Connected to Butt Holdings.'
