Rambo vs Terror: Round 5

This just goes to show you can’t keep a good ol’ fashioned ass-whoopin American hero down. Sylvester Stallone, fresh off the surprisingly well-reviewed and refreshing Rambo is preparing and moving forward to shoot a 5th Rambo film.

So far there are few details about what’s happening other than the film will be shot in Bulgaria on a new uber-soundstage that is being built. Rumors have been around for various John Rambo style plots that included, at various times, fighting White Supremacists in America, hunting Taliban in Afghanistan, and rescuing a kidnapped daughter, again in America. While shooting in Bulgaria seems to eliminate basically all of these options, we just don’t know. Though Bulgaria can easily double for Russia/Chechnya, so maybe for some reason John wants to help out his former enemies?
