We are looking for a third person to share a stunning three bedroom flat in Maida Vale. The Flat really is beautiful split level with a large open living room and kitchen on the second floor. There is a fantastic garden which backs onto the Paddington Recreation Ground. The Flat is totally furnished with Wooden floors and Plasma Tv s in all bedrooms and Living room. Exposed brick floor to ceiling mirrors and fireplaces add to the flat s charm. The room for rent is for a single only male or female. It has a double bed and a built in wardrobe. The room measures about 4 3 Meters and is very pretty has lots of storage and overlooks the garden. The two remaining flatmates are both Australian one male and one female. Both professional. Love to have a drink and the occasional after party but don t bring back the night club every night of the week. We are looking for a laid back professional non smoker who wants to be part of a friendly house hold. The Monthly Rent of £700 includes all bills including a cleaner gardener Sky and the internet but doesn t include the phone. The fixed move in date is March the 13th.
