应届毕业生的求职“秘道”

大学毕业前夕，雷因母亲生病，与D公司来校举办的招聘会失之交臂。
一直到毕业典礼之后，母亲的病才逐渐好转。雷试着给D公司打电话。被告知招聘工作已经结束了，所有新招聘的员工都已经到岗。“很遗憾，您只有再等下一次机会了。”可是雷等不了。家境清贫，卧病在床的母亲需要家用，妹妹下学期的学费也还没有着落。更重要的是，进入著名的D公司工作，是雷一直以来的梦想，这个“下一次”又是什么时候？
雷想了又想，开始了一系列的行动。
他首先给D公司主管人力资源的副总发了一封求职信，信中说到他靠打工维持了自己和妹妹的大学学费，给副总留下了深刻的第一印象。几天后，这位副总又在同一天，从所有董事的手里收到了雷用同样的牛皮纸信封寄来的简历。这个幼稚却不失巧妙的“攻关”计划，让副总对这个小伙子产生了一点欣赏和好奇，他约雷来面试。
遗憾的是，面试的第一关，雷就没有通过。
雷不死心，又前后三次到公司造访。一个热心的员工被他的执著感动了，他送给雷一本总裁撰写的有关公司和行业发展态势的著作，并且悄悄地把总裁的电子邮箱告诉了雷。
接下来的日子里，雷用心地攻读总裁的那本书，并且做出了详细的读书笔记。很长一段时间，雷向人力副总的邮箱进行集中“轰炸”，一方面汇报自己的学习心得，一方面也表达自己对投身这个行业的满腔热忱和坚定决心：“正如《D交易》第八条所说的，当所有人都已经绝望的时候，我们还在努力，这就是投资银行家的品质。 同样的，当所有的人都觉得我进公司无望的时候，我依然不敢有丝毫的懈怠—因为从立志进入D公司，成为一名杰出的投行家以来，我就没有一刻想到过放弃！”
为了表示自己的决心和诚意，雷在邮件的最后一段里主动提出，自己愿意以免薪试用的条件进入D公司见习工作，并请求公司给自己一个机会。
两个多月日复一日的坚持，精诚所至，副总终于被这个年轻人彻底地打动了。她安排了雷与总裁的会面。雷如愿以偿地穿上D公司的制服，成了公司有史以来的第一位免薪试用工。
凭借着坚忍不拔的意志和孜孜以求的刻苦，雷在几个月的时间里不仅转了正，而且成了项目组里人们都愿意拉一把，带着他共同进步的“小兄弟”。
比起D公司的其他员工，雷明显是一个学业背景和专业储备都嫌不足的新人。为此，雷的同学好友，在羡慕他能找到这样一个理想的工作之余，常常会向他打听，他进入D公司可有什么“秘道”。雷听了这话，总是调皮地一笑：“有啊！当然有。那就是—在所有的人都绝望的时候，我，还在努力。”

Since Ray's mother had been sick,he lost the chance of attending the job fair organised by D company before graduation.
Only after commencement did his mother recover.Ray tried to make a phoon call to D company only to be told that job fair was over and all the new employees had been positioned."I'am sorry to tell you that you have to wait for next time."However,Ray can't wait for next time as his family is poor.What's more,his ill-mother needs money and his sister needs tuition for new semester.What' more important,it's Ray's dream to work for famous D company at all times.What's the time of "the next time"?
Ray thought about it repeatly and started a series of actions.
At first,he made a phone call to the deputy manager that was in charge of personnel in D company.He informed him that he earned tuition for his sister and himself by doing work for others,which left the deputy manager a impressive impression.Several days later,the deputy manager received several same letters from all directors on the same day.This native but delicate "critical" plan made the deputy manager a little appreciate and interested in him.Therefore,he made a arrangement and interviewed him.
What a pity.Ray didn't pass even in the first part.
Ray didn't give up and came to the D company 3 more times.A warm-hearted stuff was moved by his persistence so he gave a book to him,which was written by general manager about the development of the company and industry.What's more,he gave Ray the general manager's e-mail box.
In the following days,Ray read that book with heart and made detailed notes.Then,Ray threw "bombs" to his e-mail box to report what he've learnt and also his determination and passion."As the eighth item in D Trade, we are still make efforts even when others are despairing.This is the essence of the investment banker.It's just the same for me.When all people think it impossible for me to join in D company,I don't keep a slack hand----Cause I didn't even think of giving up from the moment of my determining to join in D company and be a brilliant investor!"
In order to show his determination and sincerity,in the last paragraph of the e-mail he says he is willing to work as a probational stuff without wage at first.What he needs is a chance.
The deputy manager was finally moved by this young man after two months' persistence.Thanks to the deputy manager,Ray got a chance to meet the general manager.What's more,he became the first probational stuff without wage.
By right of his persistence and hard wok,Ray became a formal stuff in several months.Moreover,he was the "little brother" of other stuffs in project team.Everyone was willing to help him and made progress with him together.
Compared with other stuffs,Ray was apparently inadequate in background knowledge and speciality reserve.Therefore,Ray's friends were envious of him.They also asked him about the "secret channel" to join in D company.He alway smiled and said:"There is one!I, still make efforts even when others are despairing."
