We all know freezing is a great way to preserve food before we cook it, but what about food we’ve already prepared. At most they only last a few days in the fridge before spoiling and freezing is usually not an option since flavor and nutrients degrade that way. The Air Storage keeps cooked food at a constant 60ºC via thermal energy. Food stored this way can last much longer and only takes less a minute to reanimate for eating. You also retain flavor and precious nutrients which is key because otherwise, you’re just eating empty calories.

我们都知道冷冻是保存新鲜食材的好方法, 但对于已经烹煮好的食物我们有什么好的办法来保存呢? 烹调过后的食物在冰箱里面至多保存几天而已, 而且冷藏通常也不是个好办法,因为菜肴的味道和营养都将因此大打折扣. 这个空气保存器通过一个热能使熟食保持在一个60摄氏度的恒温. 用这种方法保存的食物可以存放更久而且只须几分钟就能重被热好供食用. 美味和好营养都能被很好的保存下来.这点挺关键, 假若不这样的话, 我们就只是在纯粹吃进无味的卡路里了.
