原文: 中国人,你什么时候才生气?


失眠,又爬起来了,在邓伟彪的博客读到了如下文字:
柜员机取出假钱--银行无责
网上银行被盗--储户责任
柜员机出现故障,少给钱--用户负责
柜员机出现故障,多给钱--用户盗窃,被判无期
银行多给了钱--储户义务归还
银行少给了钱--离开柜台概不负责
广东开平银行行长贪污4亿--判12年
广东老百姓多取ATM机17万--判无期

在这里,我改动了一下他的标题(原标题《中国人,你为什么不生气》),也想发点牢骚,权当锻炼身体。

邓伟彪的“牢骚”里提到了中国传统的“忍”,大概意思是说,这个年头,可能不怕死的人多,那些怕死的人就开始忍耐了。
忍耐倒是一说,但我却看到了问题的另一面。

政府为什么把银行的责任推卸的一干二净呢?贪污4亿,这个罪名是贪污罪吧,但人家只拿了17万,不算抢吧?最多算盗窃,也不至于无期呀。也许是因为从计划经济到市场经济转型期留下的很多历史问题吧,人们都习惯了对国家单位顶礼膜拜,人们也忽略了自己是纳税人的权利。

其实,我们的衣食住行,哪一样东西都在交税,交给谁呢?公务员啊!

我们养着他们,我们为什么还要对他们顶礼膜拜呢?

《论语•尧日》记载,尧在晚年把王位传给舜时说:“天之历数在尔躬,允执其中。”意思是说,上天的大任落在你身上了,你要诚信地坚持不偏不倚的正道。舜传王位给禹时,也说了这番话。其实这段话的重点不在王位上,很明显是一个成语“允执其中”。

儒家文化讲究天人合一的境界,说到头就是万法自然。这里的自然,也就是天。而“允执其中”当中的“中”字就是不偏不倚,无过无不及,亦即儒家所倡导的中庸之德。说到今天,就有点和谐的味道。

但是,很多东西都太过头了,能和谐吗?当然不能!

你要是相信风水,去看看那些早死了男女主人的家庭,将他们的房屋规律一下,便能得出点风水方面的结论,当然,这是周易结合历代的经验验证出来的东西,也许不准确,但准确的时候却能吓死人!

物极必反,这个成语在某一方面说的也是类似道理。如果一件事情持续积累了,你没去纠正,在兴一方面的东西时,肯定在损害一方面的东西。比如穷人,穷到头了,实在活不下去了,你就得想办法,这时候就有了“人挪活,树挪死”的成语;比如富人,你确实富到头了,而且财富的分配也很不平衡了,你还要一如既往地富将下去,这时候肯定就打破了某一个范围内的平衡,你不受损谁受损?

道理是一样的,上到一个国家,下到某个私人或小团体。凡事都不能一意孤行地去坚持违反规律的做法。

比如银行,你可能无意中伤害了一个人,是以单位的名义。但是,总有经手人吧,这就对了,一些事情的因果报应会让你寝食难安,没听说过银行工作的人就是很幸福的。天理是在各个角落里都存在的!

打压弱势群体,是上流社会好多人们习以为常的事情。可是,生命对谁来说都是公平的,就一次。富贵也好,贫贱也罢,都只有一次。那你何必糟蹋别人的生命呢?

我要说的是,法律这东西,不是用来逾越的,是遵守的,但他不是约束人们行为规范的全部。倘若是,那么有钱人便可以肆无忌惮地杀人放火了,因为他们有的是办法去解决问题。再比如,泰森或者李连杰、某特警等等这样的人,他们无疑是有仇人的,凭他们的能力,搞几个人不成问题吧,但是他们不敢,为什么呢?难道怕法律?

非也!
在很多时候,约束人们行为规范的东西是习惯,或者叫传统!

传统,在道德上来说,它就是法律。你违背了,就会有人诅咒你,一而再,再而三地诅咒,时间久了,你如坐针毡呀,哪能睡得香呢?这就是所谓的“不做亏心事,半夜不怕鬼叫门”的来源……不是吹牛,要是经常干一点打压别人或者有损于别人的事情,别说是半夜,哪怕是大白天里有人喊你的名字,你都可能一哆嗦。这样的哆嗦久了,你的小命也就快终结了。
所以,中国人不生气是传统。但是中国人生气起来了,后果会很严重很严重。
看看抗美援朝、中印边境的自卫战就知道“弱小”的中国人是怎么战胜“强大”的美国大兵的。咱别整个内忧外患的局面出来,好歹也得内部和谐吧?内部不和谐,问题也很多,内讧最好别起来,那局部的诅咒也受不了啊,人家拿玻璃球成天瞅你家玻璃,你能睡得香吗?

坦荡一点吧,生不带来死不带去的,何必要搞个你死我活?


译文: To Chineses people - when would you be angry ?

Suffer from insomnia and I get up from my bed again, I read this following writing in Deng Weibiao's blog.

The bank have no responsibility for the fake money out from ATM.

Depositors take responsibility for the theft of international bank.

Less money from a broken-down ATM, depositors take charge of it.

More money from a broken-down ATM, depositors are condemned to life imprisonment for theft. 

More money from the bank, depositors are in duty bound to return.

Less money to depositors, the bank do not take reponsiblility for it after leaving counters.

The branch president of Guangdong Kaiping Bank was condemned to 12-years-prison for defalcating 400 millions.

Common people was condemned to life imprisonment for taking out 170 thousands more from ATM.

Here I change a little of his title (the original one is <To Chinese people, why don't you be angry?>), and i'd like to complain as exercise.

It regards to the "endure" in Chinese tradition of Deng Weibiao's "complaining" in his article. It presumedly means that most of people are not afraid of dead and the rest part who are afraid of begins to endure.

Just keeping the point of endure aside, i notice another aspect of this problem.

Why the government shirked reponsibility of the bank completely? Defalcating 400 millions is serious enough to consititude the crime of corruption, but a criminal act that is maximum counted of theft for taking 170 thousands without robbing should not to condemned to life imprisonment.People were used to pay homage to state units and also neglect the right of being a taxpayer, it is probably a historical problems of transformation period turn from planned economy to market economy.

Actually we pay tax of clothing, food, shelter and transportation, in aspects of our life, which paid to offical.

Why should we pay homage to those who are econimic supported of us?

The < Analects of confucius> records, Yao said in his old age when passing throne to Shun:"The heaven-determined order of success now rests in your body, sincerely hold the fast due mean." Shun also said that when he passing throne to Yu. In fact the keystone of this statement is not the throne but obviously the signification of "sincerly hold the fast due mean."

The confucius culture stresses ideal state of harmony between nature and human, deeply means everything returns to the nature in the end. The nature here refers to the heaven. And the "mean" in "sincerely hold the fast due mean" really means impartial, as the golden mean that the Confuciansm advocate. Move towards today it could be annotated to harmony. 

However, it cannot be harmony if little things are appropriate and sufficient, can it? The answer is certainly no.

If you believe in Fengshui, you should go to visit and sum up the law of houses that which host and hostess were in early death, it leads to the conclusion about aspects of Fengshui.
Fengshui is validated by Zhouyi with combination of past experiences, surely may not be usually exact but occasionally shows marvelous accuracy.

Extremes meet, as the proverb contains the similar truth. Supposed you didn't rectify the continuously accumulated status quo while expanding another one, it must be harming the first side. For example the poor man who is in a dead-end poverty has to find ways when cannot go the life on any more, thus come out the proverb " Flexible men may sussceed; active trees can die." For another, the rich man who is in a heavy pause goes on expand his wealth as always, it must breaks the balance in a certain area by the maladjustment of wealth distribution. So who will be made suffer for it except him?

The truth is applicable to the large as a country, small as private groups. Nothing will be affirmative that goes the own way of persistence in law violation.

For instance, the bank harmed someone in the name of unit, however, surely the work must be operated by someone. Thus it! I never heard that no one is unhappy who works in the bank, you may not have peaceful eating and sleeping and sufferd from something return. Omnipresence is justice.

In the upper ten most people thought disadvantageous groups bashing a normal thing. But life is unique and equal to anyone, nomatter a rich one or a poor.  There is no need to trample on others.

What i would like to say is, the law is not to be oversteped but complied, and absolutely not restricting the whole aspects of men's behavioural norms. If it is, then the rich people can murder and set fire unscrupulously because they have ways to weasel out of criminal activities. Another example, the people such as Theissen,Jet Li and a special policeman are supposed to have ability to give lessons to their foes, but why do they dare to do? Could it be said that they are afraid of the law?

Surely not.

In many cases, the restriction of human's behavioural norms is custom or tradition.

In moral, tradition is equal to the law. There will be once and again curses on you if you go against the law, continued for a long time, how could a person have peaceful sleep who is on pins and weedles. It is the derivation of the proverb:" A good conscience is a soft pillow." Without bragging, do not said that in the middle night even during the day, heard someone calling your name made you shiver when you often did bashing or detriment. By a period of time your longevity will also be curtailed.

Therefore, it is traditon that Chinese people do not be angry. However, the aftereffect will be extremely serious when Chinese people get angry.

Look at the war of resist America and aid Korea and the Sino-India border war of self-defence, that shows the "puny" Chinese won "powerful" American soilders by our own power. We'd better not to make the complextion of internal and external problems out and contain internal harmony at least. Internal disharmony brings many inside problem, we'd better not to fight our own and internal dissensions cannot flare up. As no one can bear with the topical curses by eyes that is watching your life.

In a word, be more magnanimous! Nothing would be born with you as well as die with you, why treat things as death or glory contests?
