据悉，国家三部委确定创新型试点企业的旨在贯彻落实党的十七大和中央经济工作会议精神，引导和支持创新要素向企业集聚，引导企业走创新发展的道路，着力提高企业自主创新能力，加快促进以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系建设，为建设创新型国家提供有力支撑。本次入选该榜单的企业共有184家，其中上海6家，均具有关键技术和自主知识产权，具有持续创新能力，具有行业带动性和自主品牌，具有较强的盈利能力和较高的管理水平，具有明确的创新发展战略和良好的企业文化等资质。
