Many people are always sighing with feelings, complaining others are more fortunate, without knowing that how much effort have others made before their obtaining a single chance. Today, I happened to notice,on the website, Mr. Pengnian Yu , who is an untrepreneur in Hongkong in his eighties, having been dedicated to the charity for decades. He has donated all his possessions, the profits of all his businees based on the Pengnian Plaza and the  5-star Pengnian Hotel in Shenzhen with an investment of 2 billion RMB, permanently to the Chinese science and technology, education and social welfare, and there is no left to his descendents. How admiring it is !

Mr. Pengnian Yu, borned in Hunan province, came to Hongkong for a living at the age of 26, and found an odd job in a company. On Saturdays and Sundays, while others like him all went out for shopping or sightseeing, he, taking into account that there were always many people who worked overtime at weekends, kept cleanning the office to provide them with a neat and comfortable working environment. Half a year later, all that he had done went to the boss, and he was transferred into the office and given a post. Later, he was constantly promoted and became the general manager of the company. After years of being the GM, he told his boss that he wanted to quit the job and start a business of his own. Instead of rejecting him, the boss even get shared in his company. Mr. Pengnian Yu's  company swelled day by day and soon he became a billionaire in Hongkong.

What the chances are? Mr. Pengnian Yu's life story has led us to the answer: what the chances mean is to make more effort than others, to be more hardworking than others, to do better than others, and to stand out among others.
