Learning to understand street life in American cities is to know that life living on the streets is different from any other way of life to live in America. Life on big city streets is a fight to survive daily from morning through each night. Life is a fight to avoid being in the middle of many gang wars where killings of children occur daily.

Just to survive street life one must be aware of all that is going on in the streets and neighborhood lived in. Drugs addictions are just a part of the daily horror of city street life to live one must fight to stay free of drug addiction that dull the senses

Most street addicts fight daily just to fill the need for the drug addiction that becomes more of a daily life ritual for street people. Street life bring people of all races to live in America`s streets every day of street life. Too many young people are swallowed up by street life after leaving an abusive home where the parents are drug addicts them selves or alcoholics.

For young people the streets become a battle to survive with some abandoned building to sleep in at night to keep the chill out of your bones. Street gangs make most city streets as dangerous as a war zone in Iraq. Living in street life to survive you learns not to trust anybody in the streets.

On the streets are hookers as young as fifteen and younger these girls end up being sold for drugs by pimps to street walking to pay for drug addiction. Rape abuse even worse comes from street life where people beaten and battered daily.

People from all ages and walks of life live on the streets of big cities where people must always avoid getting close to any one. Most street people are always fighting to avoid the man street gangs that are always trying to control they`re territory.

Most young men being initiated into gangs are beaten by every gang member to prove they belong to the gang for life where death is usually the only way out of a gang. For young girls joining gangs the initiation is even worse. Street life in America brings hunger homelessness life just to eat is a struggle as stealing is a daily process of street life especially for drug addicts need money to have they`re fix.

Drugs stop a street person`s mind from learning growing and developing as a normal mind does its stops the learning process to receive knowledge because of the drugs fogging up the person`s mind twenty four seven. Most streets are covered by sleeping homeless people even more the alcoholics who are drunk for years living only to drink.

Life on the streets has people of all races even worse most have some type of drug or alcohol addiction they need money to feed the habit daily. Murder crime drive by shootings of children happens almost daily where no one sees any crime.

These are most days in American street life people all looking at each other trying to figure out enemy or friend the fight goes on to live stay warm with some abandoned building to sleep in for the night. Lives on American streets are hard long make a person tough just trying to live.

Then there are the many lost mentally ill people who are sick still have no medication to control they`re mental illness daily. Without enough mental care available in America mental ill people have to choices to live in jail or on the streets.

Life on the streets people live by a code of nobody sees any crime or criminal act committed by any person looking for money for drugs mostly. Life on America`s street is like living in a daily war zone where fights stabbings rape and shootings are a daily common occurrences.

A street person usually never knows where they will sleep each night because abandoned buildings are most often where drug addicts sleep after having they`re fix. A person can end sleeping in empty cars roofs or even a garage.

This is why America needs to help stop the loss of so many young people to this type of street life in America. American street life claims too many of the nation`s young people where they end up on drugs or made even worse after time in a jail.

Time for America to start trying to save these young lives from street life where life`s hell on earth every minute of every day you live on a cold city street in America`s cities. These are some of the realities of American street life so protect your children from this life.

      大多数的街头毒品上瘾者每天都会斗殴，而这只是为了要满足他们对于毒品的需要，对他们而言，这似乎已经成了一种每天都要进行的仪式。街头生活给生活在美国街头的所有人种带来街头生活的每一天。有太多的年轻人是因为生活在一个具有虐待发生的家里才逃出来开始沦落街头的。在他们的家里，父母本身就是瘾君子，或者就是酒鬼。

      对于年轻人来说，街头演变为一场战争，为了生存，他们必须要找到一些废弃的房子，这样晚上睡觉的时候才可以驱走他们骨子里散发出的寒冷。街头的混混们把大多数城市的大街变得如同伊拉克战场那样危险。要在街上得以生存，你就必须学着不要去相信街上的任何一个人。

      在街上，有像拉皮条那样引人上钩的十五岁的年轻人，还有更年轻的女孩子们，他们为了要买毒品，最后通常都会被拉皮条的弄去卖淫。强奸案甚至更加糟糕，每天在街上都会有人被打或是打斗。

      生活在大城市大街上的各年纪的人们和拉皮条的人都必须要避免和任何一个人太过亲近。大多数街头人他们经常努力着要避开那些试图控制地盘的街头混混。

      很多刚刚加入帮派的年轻人会被帮派里的每一个人打一顿，他们以这样的方式证明：他们永远是属于帮派的，唯一离开帮派的途径，就是死。对于刚入派的年轻女孩来说，可能就更糟了。在美国的街头生活带来的是居无定所，风餐露宿的生活，当偷窃已经成了街头生活中每天的一部分的时候，特别是当吸毒的人要钱来买毒品的时候，要有吃东西，就像是一场挣扎。

      毒品会让生活在街上的人像正常人那样学习成长和发展的能力停滞，它会让接收知识的学习过程停滞，因为毒品会使人的意识模糊。大多数的街上都充斥了无家可归席地而眠的人，甚至有着更多饮酒多年，为喝酒才活着的酒鬼。

      住在街上的人们有着一条规定，就是“没有人”看见任何人为了因为买毒品需要钱而发生的犯罪。在美国的街头生活就像是一个日常的战场，在那里，斗殴，刺伤，强奸，开枪射击都是每天都会发生的常见事件。

      一个街头生活的人通常从来都不知道他们每天晚上会睡在哪里，因为那些被废弃的大楼常常是那些瘾君子解决毒瘾之后睡觉的地方。有的人可以在空车的顶上睡觉，甚至是在一个车库里睡上一夜。

      这就是为什么美国现在需要人们来帮助他们停止如此之多的年轻人流向于这样的街头生活。美国的街头生活会造成这个国家太多的年轻人因毒品或是更加糟糕的错误而蹲大牢。
