最近几天眼睛发炎,其实一直都在轻微发红,只是没有注意,玻璃体混浊也有一定迹象了,不过大学以来很庆幸自己的视力没有下降,可能是睡眠和饮食得到了保证。明天决定去买枸杞子、菊花等组成的茶叶,希望对眼睛有所帮助。 上周还和一个好友讨论近视治疗的方法来着,现在所谓的飞秒啊激光啊准分子啊不过是削足适履,并没有从根本上解决屈光不正的问题,还有玻璃体混浊也没有特效药物,希望现在医学能够加大投入,这些应该不是什么难题,别把钱浪费在公款铺张浪费了。珍爱眼睛,远离无知。

1、注意劳逸结合,防止肌腱劳损。长时间操作电脑会导致手指关节、手腕、手臂肌肉、双肩、颈部、背部等部位出现酸胀疼痛,因此,操作者在工作40-50分钟后应休息10-15分钟,长时间持续工作不要超过1小时,可做工间操。2、要注意用眼卫生。眼睛与文稿、眼睛与屏幕的距离应保持在50厘米以上,最好采用光下视20度的视角。工作时,应在面部及双手涂抹防辐射的护肤油。
3、孕妇每周接触电脑时间不超过20小时。要防止长时间坐位引起盆腔血液滞留不畅,做到张弛有度;要注意电脑与座椅坐姿的高低配合,让胎儿健康发育。
4、长期从事电脑操作者,应多吃一些新鲜的蔬菜和水果。同时增加维生素A、B1、C、E的摄入。为预防角膜干燥、眼干涩、视力下降、甚至出现夜盲症等,电脑操作者应多吃些富含维生素A的食物,如豆制品、鱼、牛奶、核桃、青菜、大白菜、西红柿、空心菜及新鲜水果等。维生素C可以有效地抑制细胞氧化。维生素E主要作用是:降低胆固醇,清除身体内垃圾,预防白内障。核桃和花生中含有丰富的维生素E。维生素B1可以加强神经细胞的营养,缓解神经的紧张状态。
5、每天泡点绿茶。茶叶中的脂多糖,可改善机体造血功能。人体注入脂多糖后,在短时间内即可增强机体非特异性免疫力。茶叶还能防辐射损害。
6、为了避免荧光屏反光或不清晰,电脑不应放置在窗户的对面或背面;环境照明要柔和,如果操作者身后有窗户应拉上窗帘,避免亮光直接照射到屏幕上反向出明亮的影像造成眼部的疲劳。
7、电脑房间要经常通风,在室内安装换气扇或空调,减轻溴比二苯呋喃对身体的影响,计算机附近的灰尘密度要比机房其它空间高出上百倍,它们长时间附着于人的皮肤上,可导致各类皮肤病。电脑房间要保持清洁卫生,电脑要定期擦洗。
8、一般人每分钟眨眼少于5次会使眼睛干燥。一个人在电脑工作时眨眼次数只及平时的三分之一,因而减少了眼内润滑剂和酶的分泌。应该多眨眼,每隔一小时至少让眼睛休息一次

Eight Waysfor Computer Users to Protect Their Eyes
Recently my eyes became inflamed; actually I have been carrying red eyes for a long time, only I didn't notice it. There is also indication of vitreous opacity. Yet I still feel lucky that my eyesight haven't dropped since college, maybe as a result of sufficient sleep and diet. I plan to buy tea leaves made of medlar, chrysanthemum and others tomorrow and hope they will do good to my eyes. Last week I talked about treatment of myopia with one of my friends. We both thought that current treatments, like femtosecond, laser and quasimolecule, seem to be cutting the feet to fit the shoes. The prblem of refractive errors hasn't been resolved at root, neither has vitreous opacity been treated with effective medication. We hope that modern medicine can put more efforts into curing those eye diseases which are not so difficult to conquer. Stop wasting public money on extravagant dishes and travels. Cherish our eyes and stay awary from ignorance.

1. Alternate work and rest to prevent tendon strain. Using computers for a long time may cause pain in your finger joints, wrists, arm muscles, neck and back. Therefore, computer users should rest for 10 to 15 minutes after 40 to 50 minutes of work. Don't work nonstoppingly for over one hour. Do some exercises during work break.
2. Use your eyes in a healthful way. Keep your eyes at least 50cm away from reading materials or computer screen. Better take a 20-degree downward visual angle. Apply anti-radiation skin cream to your face and hands while using computers.
3. Pregnant women should not use computers for more than 20 hours a week. Long-time sitting can cause unsmooth blood flow, so alternate work and relaxation; adjust the heights of your computer and chair to ensure the healthy growth of the embryo.
4. Those who are long engaged in computer operation should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. Meanwhile take in more vitamin A, B1, C and E. Computer users should eat food that are rich in vitamin A, such as bean products, fish, milk, walnut, pakchoi, Chinese cabbage, tomato, water spinach and fresh fruit, to prevent cornea dryness, eye dryness, eyesight drop or even nyctalopia. Vitamin C can check cell oxidation effectively while vitamin E can reduce cholesterol, remove intestine waste and prevent cataract. Walnuts and peanuts contain rich vitamin E. The function of Vitamin B1 is to provide more nourishment to nervous cells and ease the tension of nerves.
5. Drink green tea everyday. The lipopolysaccharide contained in tea leaves can improve our bodies' hematopoietic function. Shortly after the body is injected with lipopolysaccharide, its non-specific immunity will improve greatly. Besides, tea leaves can prevent damage from radiation.
6. To avoid reflection or unclearness of the screen, don't place computers in the opposite or at the back of windows; use soft lighting. Draw the curtain if there are windows at the back of the computer user to prevent reflection from causing eye fatigue.
7. Ventilate computer rooms regularly. Install ventilating fan or air conditioner to mitigate the effect of polybrominated dibenzofuran on the body. The dust density around computers is hundreds of times higher than other spaces in the computer room. The dust long adheres to the skin and thus causes various skin diseases. Keep the computer room clean and swab the computers regularly.
8. For the average people, to blink less than 5 times in one minute will lead to eye dryness. A person will blink 2/3 times less than usual while working with computers. As a result, there be less secretion of intraocular lubricant and enzyme. Therefore, computer users should blink more and rest eyes at least once a hour.
