原文: 中国是否应该大力发展汽车行业

   从我国对汽车行业的一系列政策可以看出,政府对于行业的前景是不明朗的,先是大力提倡,后是对排量做限制,再就是后续出现的环境问题,导致大城市对汽车限制使用,正所谓“风车呀不定那个车难转哪”。

   众所周知,一个汽车厂能带动一大批企业,周边地区都跟着发财,这个一点不错,这也成为各个地区竞相引进汽车的巨大动力,然而,后面的情况不容乐观,遍地开花,项目重复,出来的产品技术落后,价格战。

  我们为什么非要做汽车呢,不错,汽车给美国带来的巨大利益不可否认,我们仅仅是学习人家的长处,况且中国还有很多人没有圆汽车梦。然而,我们应当认识到今非昔比,美、日、德等的汽车产业完全可以满足全世界的市场要求,甚至还绰绰有余,我们的汽车此等国家显然不会要。

  有人说,中国还有好多人没有汽车,还有非洲呢,问题是,这个世界是否允许每个人都拥有汽车,答案显然是否定的,且不说汽油和路的严重性问题,带来的管理问题尤其严重,在今后一个相当长的时期内,许多中国汽车商将步履维艰,或仅仅维持生存,等到非洲人做汽车梦的时候还很早很早。

  我们做汽车有什么优势呢,唯一的优势就是劳动力便宜,但是,汽车完全不是劳动密集型的产业,实质上技术比劳动力更重要,我们却落后很多很多,不承认也于事无补,差距是及其明显的。

  管理面临的问题现在就初露端倪,比如北京限制辆上路,当初为什么何必要倡导买车呢,拉动消费有很多很多途径啊,这难道不是资然浪费?难道其他城市还要继续效仿?

  有人说我这个言论是祸国殃民,将来我国做不了汽车,受制于人,我从来不赞成要么伟大,要么打到的观点,只需要将大力发展汽车之前的“大力”去掉,支持少数重点高新企业。

  关键是从长远的观点看问题,中国的人口密度,特别是大城市不允许拥有过多的汽车,世界将来的格局也不允许人人都拥有汽车,美国发展汽车的那个时代与当今中国面临的境况完全不同,他能走通你未必能走通,到什么山上唱什么歌,完全可以跨越一些路径,发展更为先进的理念,飞机可以做,火车可以做,航母也可以做,为什么非得做汽车呢?可以做地铁,可以完善公交的形式,比如监视人群流向,时间特点,增设个性化公交,这些也可提供就业,拉动消费呀。

 公交系统很明白,现在二十公里的路程公交要走一个小时,不是车不好,是私家车和公交争道,坐车的人有时就想买车来解决问题,但真的都买车了问题却不能解决,这个问题只有政府才能解决。

译文: Whether China promote car industry vigorously or not?

According to the government's a series of policies in the car industry in our country, the car industry's perspective is not so bright. At first, advocate vigorously;and then, restrict to discharge;at last, the lasting environment problem leads to the restriction to cars in developed cities. That means without immobility the windwill can't operate.

As we all know that, an automoblie maker can drive large quantities of enterprises, with the circujacent enterprises making a pile. Also,it is a great driving force that each region introduces into cars after another. However, the following situation is looking blue. All is doing the same things and repeating the items, resulting in lagging technology price war.

Why must we make cars? Well, we can't deny the great benefits automoblile brings to Amecica. Not only did we learn their strongpoint, but also China's cars dream didn't come true. However, as the fact that the present cannot be compare with the past, America, Japan, Germany and other countries can meet the requirments in the global markets more than sufficient. Those products made by our country may not choose in customer's decision.

Someone says, there are still many people haven't own cara yet in China, as well as Africa. But the question is that whether the world allow everyboby to own car or not. Of course, the answer must be negated for the following management problems are extremely bad, not mention the serious problems brought by benzine and road. It will be a quite long time that many Chinese car dealers will be frustrated, or only sustain in business.It is too early to have car dreams for Africa.

What strongpoint do we have? The only advantage is the cheap labour force. However, automoblile is not a labor-intensive industry completely. Actually, technology are far more  important than labor force, which we get behind to a large extent. Nobody can gain say the fact. There is a conspicuous disparity.

The problems management face is on the horizon. For instance, the reatriction for cars on the way. Why advocate the purchase of cars at first? There are so many ways to affect consumer. Isn't it squander resources? Do other countries continue follow the lead?

Someone doubts that my saying may bring calamity to the country and people. We cannot make cars in the future and be enslaved to others. I have never approved to be so great. As far as I am concerned, we should not promote auto vigorously but support a few of emphsizing enterprise.

The key is to take views of things over the long haul. Chinese population density, is very high, expecially developed countries'prohibition to overly autos. The world must not allow each person own a car in the future. The time, at which America developed the auto industry, was totally different from the current situation China faced, though America made a great success. We can make airplane, train, aircraft carrier and other more advanced technology. Why must we make autos? We can make subways; we can perfect the forms of pubic transportation, for instance, observate the stream of people, individualize public transportation. All those measures provide employment and stimulate consumption.

In the public transportation system, twenty-mile journey needs an hour, not because the auto is not good, but the private car and bus  strive for roads. Sometimes, the passenger want to solve the problem by buying auto, but the issue cannot be addressed. Only the government can give the resolution.
