千万别跟老板斗

所有的老板都是从员工做起的，这话的意思是在警告你：千万别跟老板斗，你是玩不过老板的。
你干过的事老板都干过，你跟老板玩的花样，都是你老板跟他以前的老板玩剩下的。员工在老板面前，就如同一个初学的剑手在成名的剑客面前一样，不等你拔剑老板就知道你要出什么招数。
虽然老板对你的花样看得明明白白，但绝大多数老板都不会计较，谁见过成名的剑客跟一个初出茅庐的新伙计计较?这太掉价了。但老板看在眼里，记在心头，等到了他有心情跟你计较的时候，那后果绝对不是你想要的。
老板们都有点成名剑客的风范。成名剑客讲究的是一击必杀，如若不中，则耻于再出手，老板们讲究的是把你的铺盖卷往门外一推，不跟你玩了。
有些员工年轻气盛，经事不多，对公司的经营一无所知，总是认为自己的付出与老板付出的薪水极不相称。你偶尔在辛苦工作了一天之后，看到老板不在办公室，就想给自己放个小假，打开游戏玩一玩。你不用回头，这时候按理说已经出门的老板却神秘地出现在你的身后——以前你或许会认为这是自己“点背”，实际上根本不是这么一回事。
即使是从专业的角度上来讲，你所干的工作是公司整体的一部分，你有多大的工作量，工作的难易程度如何，什么时候能够结束，老板心里都有一个流程图，但大多数老板都会把完成的时间放得宽松一些。没别的原因，老板非常希望你能够让他惊喜一下，如果没有喜只有惊，接下来的事情可就不好办了。
所以你既然给老板打工，那就不能存有丝毫的侥幸心理，干活的时候就要认认真真地干，多动脑筋做一名好员工。
好员工是绝不会跟老板斗气的，好员工寻求的是合作方案，跟老板一块合作，一块分钱。这就像打麻将时要傍着手气好的高手，那赢钱的机会就大了，不跟老板合作，只找输家搭档，这游戏肯定是玩出了毛病。

Never Fight Against Your Boss
All the bosses grow up from a staff . It warns you that never to fight against your boss , and you will never beat your boss.
Everything you do is what your boss has done , every trick you play with your boss is what your boss has played enough with his boss before . In front of the boss , an employee is just like an inferior swordman before a famous swordman . Your boss will know your tricks in advance before you go .
Although the bosses is very clear about your tricks , most of them will never mind it . Will a famous swordman care for a fledgling guy? No , it is too worthless! But he will look it in eyes ,take it in mind . As soon as he is in the mood to account with you , it will turn out what you never expected!
All the bosses have a bit of famous wsordsman style . Famous swordsman admire beating sb to death with just one stab , if not , he will be ashamed to do it again . Bosses will do nothing except fire you!
Some employees are too young and inexperienced . They even konw nothing about the company's management . They always think it is too unfair for him to pay out so much but get so little income , while his boss is in the opposite way . Once you have worked hard for a whole day , when you find your boss is not in his office , you would like to relax yourself for a while , then you open the game and begin to play . In that case , before you whip round , accordingly your boss will mystically appearred behind you . Perhaps you will think you are too unlucky , actually it is not like that .
Even from a professional point , the work you do is one part of your company . About your workload , the difficulty of your work and when it can be finished , the boss has a flow chart in mind , but most bosses will not be very strict with the finished time . No other reasons , the boss hope you can give him a surprise . If you only make him surprised but no good news , well , the following things will not be very good for you .
So as long as you work for your boss , don't be tricky , work had and use more of your brain to be a good staff .
A good staff will never fight against his boss , but look for cooperation program . Cooperate with your boss and share money with him . Just like play Mahjong , as you play together with a lucky master hand , you will have bigger chance to be ahead . Not cooperate with the boss , but with a loser , you must have done something wrong at the game .
