  长命百岁的秘诀是什么?美国哈佛大学的研究人员对600人进行了60年的监控研究。以下是科学家们列出来的长寿行为清单,都做到的话,你理论上可以活到112岁!

    +1.8年 做一名成功者

    较高的社会地位会给人的寿命带来积极的影响。获得诺贝尔奖的科学家比只获得提名而最终没有得奖的科学家要多活大约1.8年的时间。获得奥斯卡奖的演员也比未获奖的演员活得长。

    +2年 吃巧克力

    巧克力,尤其是黑巧克力中含有丰富的抗氧化剂,对心脏很有好处。喜欢吃巧克力的人通常比那些不吃的人寿命要长2年。

    +3年 有信仰、交朋友

    研究人员认为,做礼拜可以降低人的紧张程度,在教堂里培养的友谊也能增加抗压能力。不喜欢参加社会活动或不喜欢出去旅游的人早逝的几率比那些喜爱社交的人要多出20%。

    +3.6年 少吃肉

    有规律地饮少量红酒可以延长男性生命4年。因为红酒可以防止血凝固,对心脏也有好处。

    +4.1年 控制血压和胆固醇

    保持正常的血压和胆固醇水平可以延长4.1年的生命。

    +5年 接受教育、打高尔夫球

    接受过高等教育的妇女可以比没有接受过高等教育的妇女多活5年的时间,对男人来说,这个时间是7.8年。常常打高尔夫的人,寿命也比一般的人最少长5年。因为打高尔夫球不仅身体上得到锻炼,打球时的人际交流也有益于健康。

    +6.6年 健康饮食

    健康的饮食可以增加6.6年寿命。每天应该吃一些黑巧克力、杏仁、水果、蔬菜、大蒜和红酒,每周要吃4次鱼。这样的饮食可以预防心血管疾病,从而延长寿命。

  根据美国芝加哥大学的一项研究,结了婚的男性平均比不结婚的男性多活10年以上,而结了婚的女性只比没结婚的女性多活4年。男性婚后由于须对家庭承担责任,往往会选择更为健康的生活方式,因此会活得更长。

    +20年 当个有钱人

    有钱人会比穷人活得长。在美国巴尔的摩的贫民区里,人们的平均寿命为63岁,而富人的人均寿命为83岁。

What’s the secret of living a long life?The reserchers in Harvard University have experimented on 600 people for 60 years.Hereinafter listed the secrets they have found out.If you follow all of these, theoretically,you can live to 112!  

+1.8 years   Be a success  

A higher status in society can lead to a longer life.The scientists with the Nobel Prize can live more than 1.8 years approximately than those who just be named.The actors with Oscar Prize also tend to live longer than those who don’t.

+2 years   Eat chocolate

There are abundant of antioxidant in chocolate,especially in black chocolate.Antioxidant does good to heart,therefore,chocolate-loving people tent to live 2 more years than those don’t.

+3 years   Have faith; make friends  

Revealed by reserchers,worshipping can relax people.The friendship cultivated in Church can also increase the anti-pressure ability.People don’t interested in participating in social activities and travelling have a 20% higher rate of dying early than those who do.  

+3.6 years   Eat less meat

People who seldom eat meat may live more 3.6 years than those who love to  eat meat.Vegetarians just absorb a little Saturated fatty acids,what’s more,they obtain much antioxidant through fruits and vegetables,thus living a long life.

+3.7 years   Participate in activities frequently

Participating in various activities may help you to live more 1.3~3.7 years.Activities creat a positive effect on people’s physical and mental aspects.Moreover,they have a lower rate of being fat.

+4 years   Drink within measure

Drinking red wine within measure regularly helps to make men live 4 more years on account of its preventing hematopexis and doing good to heart.

+4.1 years   Control blood pressure and cholesterin

A normal level of blood pressure and cholesterin can extend life span for 4.1 years.

+5 years   Receive education and play golf

Higher education can make women live 5 more years.Compared with women,men can live 7.8 more years.People who play golf regularly can also live at least 5 more years than those who don’t.Because playing golf can practice our bodies and the interpersonal communication does good to health as well. 

+6.6 years   Eat healthily

Eating healthily leads to 6.6 more years living.We should absorb some black chocolate,almond,fruits,vegetables,garlic and red wine everyday.What’s more,we should eat fish 4 times a week.This kind of diet can prevent us from Cardiovascular disease thus living longer.

+7 years   Lose weight  

Resercher have found out that a 40-year-old fat person will live 7 years less.Comparatively speaking,if one’s weight increases less than 5 pounds from 20 to middle age,their chance of having sugar diabetes, heart disease and gall-stone is 1/3 compared with those whose weight have increase for 11 to 12 pounds.  

+7.5 years    Keep a positive attitude

People who keep a positive attitude can live 7.5 more years than those who always complain. Optimists enjoy a 55% rate less of dying early than others.

+10 years    Dont smoke  

A man of no-smoking can live 10 more years at least than those who have 20 cigarettes a day.If one get rid of smoking when he’s 35, it means that he can live 5.1 more years.

+10 years   Marriage(For man)

Revealed by a research in Chicago University,a married man tends to live 10 more years than those who don’t and a married woman live only 4 more years than those who don’t. After being married, men should be responsible for families,therefore, they usually choose a healthier way of living.No wonder they live longer.

According to a research in Swiss,however, a married woman will live 1.4 years less than those who don’t in respect that marriage will put more pressure and tiredness on women. A report released by Australian government shows that separated and divorced ones suffer from a 9.4% higher rate of dying within 10 years compared with those who enjoy a happy marriage.  

+10 years   Be happy

Once a happy person is ill, it will be recognized by others easily and he will get other help. A happy person doesn’t smoke too much and they also enjoy lower pressure. What’s more,they don’t tend to suffer from Alzheimer's disease.

+14 years   Change your life style

The change of 4 kinds of living style can add 14 more years of living. According to a research with 20,000 people involved, those who exercise regularly, have 5 kinds of fruits everyday, don’t smoke and drink within measure can live 14 more years than those who don’t.

+20 years   Be wealthy

The wealthy is likely to live longer than the poor. In the slum of Baltimore,America, people’s average life span is 63,while the wealthy people is 83.
