鱼类:鱼类中富含的蛋白质,如球蛋白、白蛋白、含磷的核蛋白,不饱和脂肪酸、铁、维生素B12等成分,都是幼儿脑部发育所必需的营养。有专家认为淡水鱼所含不饱和脂肪酸没有海鱼高,而且今天中国的淡水鱼养殖水域污染较严重,因此建议,孩子食用淡水鱼和海水鱼的比例为1∶2。
