教育质量应当以提升学生的学习品质为主要追求,学习品质是学习动力、学习能力和学习毅力的综合。在教育过程中,影响学生知识的掌握、技能的训练、行为的养成的根本因素是想不想学、会不会学、能不能排除困难坚持学。因此我们应该认识到,加强和改进学校德育工作,解决好学生“想不想学”、“为什么学”的问题,形成学习动力,应该是提高教育质量的前提;更新教育理念,改进教学方法,注重学法指导,解决好学生“会不会学”的问题,培养学生的学习能力,应该是提高教育质量的关键;自觉落实新课程提出的“三维教学目标”,注重培养学生健康的学习态度、情感和正确的价值观,解决好学生“能不能持之以恒的坚持学”的问题,形成学习毅力是提高教育质量的核心。我们提高教育质量的主要目标,就是要让学生成为围绕理想信念逐渐成为自觉学习、科学学习和顽强有效学习的学习者。
在实施教育质量上台阶工程中,我们应该通过对提升学生学习品质的研究,探寻一种“轻负担、高质量”的教育策略及其操作技术。学习肯定是会有负担的,尤其是初高中,随着学习内容的增加,面临中考、高考的压力,学生的学习负担必然逐步加重。但我们同时还应该认识到,所谓“负担”轻重是相对于个体的承受力大小而言的。随着学生学习品质的提升,其承载负荷的能力也会相应提升。这样,学生就能进入主动、生动、能动学习的积极状态。

The quality of students'study should be upgraded.
Education quality should aim to upgrade the quality of students'study.The quality of study is a synthesis of motivation,ability and perseverance of study.The fundamental factors that impacting students'knowledge mastering,skills training and behaviors formation are whether students want to study and know how to study ,whether they can get rid of difficulties and persist
studying.Therefore,we should realize that the premises of improving education quality are reinforcing and improving schools'moral education,solving the students'issues of whether they want to study or not and why they should study,and students'study motivation should be formed.The keys for improving the quality of education lie in updating education concepts,meliorating teaching methods,emphasizing learning methods'guidance,solving students'problems of whether they want to study or not and why they should study,cultivating students' ability of studying.The core tasks of improving education quality are consciously implementing the three-dimensional teaching goal that put forward by new course standard,emphasizing the cultivation of students'healthy attitude and sensibility towards study and their correct values,solving the students'issue of whether they can always persist studying and forming students'willpower of study.The major target of improving education quality is making students gradually become the learners who can study voluntarily,scientifically,tough and effectively.
In the process of upgrading our education quality ,we should make a research on how to upgrade the quality of students'study.We should seek for a new teaching strategy and operating techniques that can reduce students'burdens and improve the quality of teaching.Especially in the junior and senior middle schools where students facing up the pressure of secondary and entrance examinations,the burdens of students'study consequentially aggravate gradually.Meanwhile,we should realize that the degrees of so-called "burdens" are relative to the individual sufferance.With the improvement of students'study quality,students'ability of undertaking burdens will be improved correspondingly,then,students can enter an active state where they can study voluntarily,vividly and spontaneously.
