最近接二连三地发生了一些事故，让我想了很多，想的最多的是如何在危机发生前，在群众中有效地进行心教育，以免发生可以避免发生的一些事故。
我们首先来看个例子，2008-5-21凌晨2时48分许,浙江省义乌市金朵拉饰品厂发生一起火灾。5人当场死亡,14人受伤并立即送往医院救治,其中1人经抢救无效死亡。事故后，我从知情人事了解到，几名工人是直接跳楼死亡的，值得可惜的是，事实上，寝室空间内并没有很多可燃与易燃物，如果他们能冷静地等待救助，他们完全能够幸存下来。
从心理上来分析一下他们的行为：事故发生的时候，人们的心态是极其混乱的，他们害怕，他们紧张，突如其来的恐惧让他们不知所措，此时他们盲目，甚至于失去理智。此时，任何人的一些举动都会对他们产生很大的影响，一些错误的决策甚至会造成巨大的伤害。举个简间的例子，如果有人跳楼，在其身边的人有很多人会盲目地选择与其一起跳下去，于是事故做在此产生了。
所以我觉得，一些教育性的组织，群众企业组织急需进行一次生动合理的心理教育，教育他们，如何在危机发生时，如何调整心理，以及如何进行自救与互救。采取及时有效的紧急措施，对保障人身安全，保护财产不受侵害有着非常重要的作用。
那么在危机管理中如何进行合理的自救呢？
一、需要决策者，这就需要在危机发生的时候，有人能主动站出不，稳定在行人员的心态，采取积极有效的措施，稳定现场的秩序，组织有效的处理方案。
二、需要正解的决策，在危机发生时，大部分人的头脑中属一片空白，紧张慌乱的气氛使他们无法自主的思考，一名优秀的事故处理者，他们懂得如何引导大局，避免悲剧的发生。
领导与管理者们需要做的！
一、完善公司制度，建立合理的危机管理体系。
二、对相关人员，员工进行危机管理心理教育，了解相关危机的原理，有利于在危机的组织与解决，降低损失。
三、组织研究会发生或者可能发生的一些事件，并积极防范，尽可能地避免发生相应事故。
四、对可能产生的危机，制定多套可行性预案。有备无患。以便更快更有效地进行决策，节省时间。
五、各种保障措施合理合法。

My Understanding on Learning theManagementof Public Crisis--the Mental Attitude Management
Recently ,there were some accidents happened one after anther which made me think about it so much and what I think mostly is that how can we educate the public effectively before the crisis happened, in order to avoiding some accidents.
Let me show you an example, at two o’clock forty-eight of May 21st, 2008, Jinduola decoration factory in Yiwu,Zhejiang was in fire and five people died immediately, fourteen injured and were sent to hospital at once, but one of them died after the doctors’ salvage. After this accident, I heard from some insiders that several workers died because they jumped from the building directory, it was a pity, because in fact, there were not too much calmly, they would be survival.
To analyze these workers’ behavior from psychology: when the accident happened, people’s mental attitude were mixed up, they were scared and nervous confronting the sudden fear, knowing to do nothing, at such moment, they were blind and even lose reason. Anyone’s behavior will have remarkable impact on them; some wrong decision may cause great harm. Let me just take one simple example to explain, if there is someone jumping from the building, others who around him would choose to jump with him, so accident happened.
So in my opinion, some educational organization and public enterprises shall take out at least one time’s psychological education. Try to teach the publics to adjust their mental attitude, how to save themselves and others while crisis happened. If effective measures can be taken in time, people’s lives and safety would be better protected and their property would not be infracted.
So how can people make reasonable measures to save themselves in crisis management?
Firstly, it needs decision maker, which means that when confronting crisis, there is someone stand out to calm down those people who are good at solving problems in crisis, helping them carry out positive and effective measures to stabilize the situation and organize helpful strategy.
Secondly, correct decision is needed. When crisis taking place, most people are lose their mind because the nervous and disordered atmosphere. But an excellent accident handler clears how to control the situation and lead all the people to get out of the accident, avoiding the happening of tragedy.
What the leadership and managers shall do?
Firstly, they shall perfect the company system and establish reasonable crisis management mechanism.
Secondly, it will help people to organize and solve problems appear in crisis, reducing the loss if relative staff have received psychological education on crisis management and understood the relative theory of crisis.
Thirdly, to organize some research work on those accidents may occur and to guard actively to minimize the possibility of accident happening.
Forth, several feasibility plans shall be carried out in order to solve those accidents which may occur. Precautions avert perils. Making Plans before crisis happening can help us to take effective and quickly decision.
Fifth, make sure every protect ional measures are reasonable and legal.
All above are some of my personal opinions and conclusions. The thinking and words just represent my own idea, if you find out any unreasonable, please forgive me and show me.
