One must think highly of his or herself. You must express your anger instead of holding it inside you.

You can rid yourself of anxiety and tension and achieve true peace of mind by following four simple suggestions.

  • Express your anger instead of holding it inside: The person with peace of mind had the capacity to assert him self or her self and express feeling of anger.

    The reason people tend to get into trouble is that they accumulate their anger, and then have a serious explosion.
  • Think highly of yourself. Be proud: People are often told to be humble and not to think too highly of themselves. We keep putting ourselves down. We develop a false of humility. Don't learn to experience the sense of personal worth that we are all in endowed with. To achieve peace of mind a sense of security, adequacy and worth.
  • Don't always try to be top dog. Most people divide up the world into top dogs and under dogs and they choose to be one or the other.

    Accept that some people can do something better that you can - and just relax and be your self. Be grateful for what you can do well. It's the key to achieving peace of mind.
  • Don't be afraid to fail. All of us are human and therefore, often times

We fail- but that does not mean we are failures. The person with peace of mind as the capacity to accept his vulnerablity and weakness.

*   不要总是力争成为上等人.大多数人将世界一分为二:上等人的世界和低等人的世界.他们要么选择前者,要么选择后者. 要承认有些人确实做的比你好——你只要放松自己做好自己就行.对于你能做好的事,应该要怀着感恩的心.这是平和心态的关键. 

      别害怕失败.我们都是人,失败理所当然——但是那并不意味着我们是失败者.一个心态平和的人能够正视自己脆弱与软弱的一面.
