原文: 起床前九个动作保健康

      早晨苏醒后先闭目养神,然后在床上慢慢做10分钟保健运动,这对预防心脑血管疾病和增强各器官功能都有益处。下面就来看看具体都有哪些小动作对身体有益。

      手指梳头一分钟:用双手手指由前额至后脑勺,依次梳理,增强头部的血液回圈,增加脑部血流量,可防脑部血管疾病,且使发黑又有光泽。梳发,是保持美发不可缺少的日常修整之一。梳发可以去掉头及头发上的浮皮和脏物,并给头皮以适度的刺激。

   轻揉耳轮一分钟:用双手指轻揉左右耳轮至发热舒适,因耳朵布满全身的穴位,这样做可使经络疏通,尤其对耳鸣、目眩、健忘等症,有防治之功效。有些人可能 比较爱卫生,觉得掏耳朵舒服,其实耳朵完全可以不掏,因爲耳朵本身有一种自洁功能,分泌物会自然地脱落到耳外,建议不要经常掏。

      转动眼睛一分钟:眼球可顺时针和逆时针运转,能锻炼眼肌,提神醒目。

      拇指揉鼻一分钟:轻叩牙齿和卷舌,可使牙根和牙龈活血并健齿。卷舌可使舌活动自如且增加其灵敏度。

      伸屈四肢一分钟:透过伸屈运动,使血液迅速回流到全身,供给心脑系统足够的氧和血,可防急慢性心、脑血管疾病,增强四肢大小关节的灵活性。

      轻摩肚脐一分钟:用双手掌心交替轻摩肚脐,因肚脐上下是神厥、关元、气海、丹田、中脘等各穴位所在位置,尤其是神厥能预防和治疗中风。轻摩也有提神补气之功效。
     
收腹提肛一分钟:反复收缩,使肛门上提,可增强肛门括约肌收缩力,促使血液回圈,预防痔疮的发生。现代医学认爲,提肛是通过使肛门周围的肌肉及软组织一张一弛的运动,可以改善局部的血液回圈……
     
蹬摩脚心一分钟:仰卧以双足根交替蹬摩脚心,使脚心感到温热。蹬摩脚心后可促使全身血液回圈,有活经络、健脾胃、安心神等功效。搓脚心是指按摩足底中 心部位的源泉穴。涌泉穴是足少阴肾经的起点,中医学认爲,该穴有治善忘、安神、醒脑、通关开窍和固真气等功效。

      左右翻身一分钟:在床上轻轻翻身,活动脊柱大关节和腰部肌肉。

After waking up in the morning, firstly close your eyes for a while to have a rest, then slowly take wholesome exercises for 10 minutes on the bed.  Doing so can prevent diseases of the heart, brain and vessels as well as strengthen organic functions. The descriptions below will tell you what small movements are good for your health.

Tidy your hair with your fingers instead of a comb: Orderly pull fingers of both hands through your hair from forehead to the back of your head in order to strengthen blood circulation inside your brain.  Doing so can prevent brain vessel diseases, and make your hair blacken and shinny.  Tidying your hair is one of the indispensable daily rituals for keeping nice hair, it can also remove dandruff and dirt from your head and hair, and moderately stimulate your scalp.

Gently massage your ear helices for a minute: Gently massage your helices with fingers of both hands until they are comfortably hot.  Because all acupuncture points exists on the ears, doing so can dredge body meridians, prevent and cure syrigmus, dizziness and forgetfulness.  Some people may attach much importance to hygiene, they feel it comfortable to pick their ears.  In fact, it is unnecessary to do so because ears have a self-cleaning function, secretions will naturally be shedded out of the ears.  So do not pick them frequently.

Rolls your eyes for a minutes: Eyeballs can rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise.  These movements can train eye muscles, make your eyes sharp and bright.

Massage your nose with the thumb (sic) for a minute: Gently knocking on the teeth can facilitate the flow of blood around teeth root and gum and strengthen the teeth, rolling the tongue can make it more mobile, agile and sensitive.

Bend and stretch your four limbs for a minute: By means of bending and stretching, make blood quickly flow back to every part of your body, supply enough oxygen and blood to the heart and brain, prevent acute or chronic heart, brain and vessel diseases, and make both big and small limb joints more agile.

Gently rub your navel for a minute: Gently rub your navel with two palm centers alternately, because those acupuncture points such as Shen-jue, Guan-yuan, Qi-hai, Dan-tian, Zhong-guan, etc exist above and below the navel.  Shen-jue can especially prevent and cure stroke.  Gently rubbing can also make you fresher and nourish qi (which approximately means "vital energy" in Chinese medicine).

Contract abdominal muscles and raise the anus for a minute: Repeated contraction movements can raise the anal position, strengthen anal sphincter's contraction force, promote blood circulation and prevent hemorrhoids.  According to modern medicine, raising the anus will make anal muscles and soft tissue relax and expand, thereby improve blood circulation in a particular part......

Massage and knock on foot arches: Lie on the back, then make arches warm by massaging and knocking on the arches with two heels alternately. Then blood circulation will be improved, body meridians will be activated, spleen and stomach will be healthier, your mind and spirit will be calm, etc.  "Rubbing the arches" means massaging the "Yuan-quan" acupuncture point at the center of the sole.  The "Yung-quan"(=Yuan-quan) acupuncture point is the starting point of "Kidney Channel of Foot Shao-yin".  According to Chinese medicine, this point has the function of "cure forgetfulness, calm the nerves, induce clear-headedness, ease joint movements, open orifices, and consolidate the true qi".

Turn your body left and right for a minute: Gently turning on the bed will exercise waist muscles and big spine joints.
