低价与小型化－台式电脑的初级演变
提到台式电脑小型化，就不得不提到一个“老生常谈”的概念－客厅电脑。实际上，在很多年前，英特尔就在积极推动电脑客厅化。而准系统，也正是在那样一种背景诞生的。但准系统之所以未能普及，在我们看来是有其必然原因的：第一，当时的电脑性能还不能说“完全不是问题”，而高清等具有吸引力的新应用也未能出现；第二，当时电脑价格并不低，而市场饱和度也不高，所以厂商并未将准系统看成是一个新兴市场的差异化武器，定价过高，也就必然红不起来。而现在，前面的几点情况都已发生了改变，电脑性能提升了，价格也低了，传统电脑市场竞争激烈，等待市场的出现，而高清视频、高清的普及，也带来了新的应用点。在这些前提下，Eee Box、Studio Hybrid这样的小型电脑诞生了。以Eee Box为例，超便携、漂亮的外观、便宜的价格（仅2559元）、丰富的功能，使得它得到了全球市场的高度关注。在中国台湾地区，捆绑了1000多套IPTV节目的Eee Box可说是卖疯了。
在我们看来，低价、低功耗极其便携的Eee Box是家庭第二台、第三台电脑的极好选择。22W的功耗，可让下载狂们不用为电费操心；将它放在客厅或卧室的电视旁充当影音下载/播放电脑，既漂亮又方便；你甚至可能把Eee Box推荐给毫无电脑知识且对电脑性能没有太高要求的亲戚朋友，以后你再也不用亲自上门为他们做维护了。出了问题，用户把Eee Box放进挎包带到经销商那里即可搞定。
易用性前提下的一体化－另一个演变趋势
小型化是台式电脑进化演变的一个趋势，但也并非唯一趋势。由于Eee Box这样的电脑没有屏幕，所以，它的使用依旧有局限性，易用性并不是十分理想。实际上，当年的准系统还有一个“死因”,就是它违背了易用性原则，以一个“不DIY就不能用”的形态出现在消费者面前。所以，台式电脑进化演变的另一个趋势就是在满足易用性的前提下实现“一体化”。其实，索尼、戴尔、神舟、新蓝已经有了主机和显示屏“合一”的一体化电脑。我们得说，这些一体化产品虽然有看点，但绝非真正的一体化。
在美国一家电视调查机构对美国家庭进行的电话采访中，69%的受访者最大障碍，他们希望有更为简便的操作方式，如遥控器和手指触摸。
所以，真正的一体化必须符合易用性原则，也就是说，除了显示屏与主机的整合，还应整合操作系统，实现无线缆的遥控器操作和直观的触控操作。惠普的Touch Smart 为我们展示了这一演变的雏形，但也仅仅是雏形。由于受操作系统的制约，惠普不得不为Touch Smart 单独开发一套软件来实现确控操作，但功能和易用性都还不算太理想。
在未来，一体化电脑将在操作系统层面上支持多点触控与遥控器操作，具有良好的人机互动界面，用户不需要有专业的知识，只要会操作遥控器、会动手即可。实际上，微软的概念电脑Surface，已经让我们看到了真正一体化的台式电脑-支持多点触控，用手指即可搞定全部操作，并能实现各种“奇迹般的应用”。

So manufacture would have treated Mini system field market as company's key productin computer virginal market. High price must be unpopular. Nowadays, above all changed, Mini system performance improved, price decreased and traditional computer market competition reach to turn white hot and to be find virginal market. Addition to HD video, network video is popular. New applying function in computer filed has appeared. Base on above all, new minimum computer has appeared such as Eee Box, Studio Hybrid.
Take example of Eee Box; highlyportability, beautiful, cheaply (just only 2599 RMB), abounding function. It makes high attention over the world market. On Tai wan in china area, Eee Box which it add to about hot popular 1000 IPTV programs.
Regard to our reader, low price，low power loss ,highly portability are focus in Eee Box is good ideal for family if we want to buy 2th and 3th computer. By reason of 22W power lose, therefore crazy downloaders needn’t worry about cost of energy charge。It also can be laid beside of TV set in drawing room or bed room and use for video downloading/playing computer.
