生物钟:人体的血压、体温、脉搏、心跳、神经活动、激素分泌等多种生理活动都受生物钟的支配,从而产生生理活动的高潮和低潮。生理活动处于高潮时,情绪往往比较饱满,工作效率高;而低潮时期情绪则比较低落,容易表现出烦躁、易怒等不良反应,办事效率低下,而且极易出错。一般来说,中午和黄昏以后这两个时间段生物钟处于低潮,情绪容易变坏,所以应设法避免它的打扰。
自然环境:无论是晴天还是雨天,影响人们情绪的最直接因素是气压、温度、湿度、清洁度等指标。在夏季,清爽的雨天让人心绪平静,而气压较高的闷热雨天则让人不爽。另外,风景优美的山林海边,比富丽堂皇的人造殿堂更适合旅行,因为它们让人心情放松。

Biological clock: the biological clock can play a leading role in man’s physiological activities such as high-pressure, temperature ,purse, heart-beat , neuro-activity and hormone secretion ,so as to cause the high point and low point of the physiological activities . When in high point ,the emotion is always energetic and your work is efficient. On the contrary , your are depressed and easy to be annoyed and irritated while low efficient in your work and make mistakes all the time .
