Haier Elegance, how it could fit itself into the world’s smallest. This phone measures 3.5″ long and it comes with 128MB of memory, which is really small. But no worry, it’s got Micro SD slot, which makes further expansion is possible via external memory card that can go up to 1GB with T-flash adapter. Other features include Voice Recorder, Photo viewer, FM tuner, Stereo Bluetooth, full color energy saving OLED 3D display etc. Two models available, which are Tri-Band GSM for Europe and dual band for the states. Its talk time is only three hours per charge, but MP3 playback time can last up 11 hours. A length of 3.5″, the size of a lipstick case, I doubt if it’s the world’s smallest MP3 phone.
