现代社会的生活节奏较为紧张,造成疲劳的原因也较为复杂。专家们把疲劳划分为四类:

    一、体力疲劳。

    这是由于过份劳累—血液中二氧化碳和乳酸增多—导致的肌肉疲劳,表现为四肢乏力、肌肉酸疼,但精神上毫无痛苦,甚至还有几分惬意。

    消除体力疲劳的最佳方法是睡眠,临睡前洗个热水澡或用温水泡泡脚,会使疲劳消除得快一些。在睡眠时,全身物质代谢降低,神经细胞可借机吸收各种营养物质,为苏醒后神经活动准备充足的能量。充足的睡眠可使人迅速消除疲劳,保持充沛的精力。合理的饮食能补充体力劳动消耗的大量营养物质,所以也是消除疲劳的必要措施。

    二、脑力疲劳。

    是指长时间用脑,引起脑的血液和氧气供应不足,而出现大脑疲劳感。其主要表现为头昏脑胀,食欲不振,记忆力下降,注意力不集中等。

    消除脑力疲劳的主要方法是适当参加体育活动。这也是被称为积极地休息。可打打球、做做操、散散步,但锻炼的强度不宜大,时间不宜过长。

    三、病理疲劳。

    这种疲劳有时并不需付多大的体力就产生,有一种心力不足的虚弱感。这是由于你体内的某些“机器”发生故障,产生代谢与分泌紊乱、失调所致。

    要消除这种疲劳,关键是治好疾病。有些人虽未发现局部器官病痛症状,却经常出现疲劳的话,就有可能是病症即将出现的先兆,需到医院认真地检查。

    四、精神疲劳。

    这是现代社会疲劳症中最复杂的一种疲劳。最主要是长期超负荷运行形成慢性疲劳,精神压力过大也是重要原因。不幸的是,这种疲劳往往被人忽视。精神疲劳最明显的表现莫过于失眠。做不连贯的梦,在噩梦中惊醒,辗转不眠甚至彻夜不眠等等。

    一般人喜欢用安眠药对付这些问题,其实这并不是根本的解决办法。专家们认为下列几种方法对消除精神疲劳极为有效。

    (1)首先应讲究心理卫生、加强品德修养,自己的心胸要开阔,以减少心理疲劳的发生。一旦出现,应及时宣泄自己的不良情绪,不要闷在心里,比如找知心朋友谈谈心。

    (2)进餐时间规律化。有规律地进餐,可以使身体经常处于正常的新陈代谢状态。

    (3)多锻炼。身体健康的人可以进行一些体育活动,譬如慢跑、骑自行车、游泳、散步等等。锻炼可以使人工作起来更自信,碰到困难时更加从容不迫。黄昏时活动活动身体还可以使你更好地进入梦乡。

    (4)多睡觉。精神疲劳的一个重要原因是睡眠不足。有这种情况的人每天应当多增加一个小时的睡眠。每个人的睡眠需要是不同的,应该找出最适合于自己的睡眠固定时间。

    (5)把握精力高峰期。有些人上午生气勃勃,有些人晚间精力充沛,找出自己的精力高峰期极为重要,这样可以恰当地安排好自己的作息时间。

The pace of life is increasing in modern society and the reason to cause fatigue are more complicated.The experts divide the fatigue into four types:

      1、Physical fatigue

It is because of  excessive tiredness that lead to increase the amount of carbon dioxide and lactic acid in blood which results in muscle fatigue,it shows that being exhausted and sore muscle but absolutely painless in metally even some satisfaction.

The best methods to eliminate fatigue is to sleep that either having a hot bath or bathe your feet with warm water which will eliminate the fatigue more quickly.While sleeping metabolism of the whole body lowers so that the nerve cell can take it for a chance to absorb various of nutrients preparing enough power for the nerve action after being awake.The abundant of sleep can quickly ease the fatigue and keep abundant vigor.It's a nessery measure for  the regularly diet can replenish the large amount of nutrients consumed by the physical work.

2、Mental fatigue。

 It's due to use brain long time to cause the insufficient supply of blood and oxygen in brain that emerge the feeling of brain fatigue.Its main symptom is such as feel dizzy brain expand,lack of appetite,lowering memory and attention deficit and so on.

The main method to eliminate fatigue is to participate sports activity appropriately.This is so-called resting actively as well.You can play balls,do exercise and take a walk without fierce exercise and too long time.

3、Pathology fatigue.

This type of fatigue sometimes emerge without consuming too much physical power and bring about the feeling of faintness.It's due to some so-called machine inside your body went wrong and generate imbalance and disorder of metabolism and secretion.

 The key to avoid this fatigue is to cure yourself.It's maybe a sign of emerging diseases that though someone haven't find the symptom of local organ indipostion and frequently feel fatigue hence it's nessary to see a doctor.

4、Spiritual fatigue。

It's the most complex fatigue in modern fatigue symptom.The main reason is that enduring overload of running as well as too heavy psychological pressure.Unfortunately,it's usually ignored by people.There is no more conspicuous behavior than insomnia in psychological pressure.Such as having
uncontinuous dream,being waked up by nightware suddenly,tossing sleepless even being wakefulness over the whole night and so on.

The normal ones would like to take sleeping pill whereas it's not the prime solution.The experts believe the ideas below shall take great effectiveness.

(1)First of all take care about your psychological health and strengthen self virtue cultivation,you should be open-hearted to reduce the possibility of suffering psychological diseases. Once happened,you ought to get the harmful emotion off your chest rather than smothering in heart,for example you can talk with your bosom friend.

(2)Regularly dieting schedule.Regularly dieting would set the body usually in the normal condition of metabolism.

(3)Take more exercise.The man who are healthy can do some sports like jogging,riding bicycle,swimming and taking a walk etc.Sports can make you be more confidence while working as well as being calm down facing difficulties.Do some sports at twilight might as well make you get into the dreamland easily.

(4)Take more sleep.One important reason of mental fatigue is lacking of sleep.The person who suffer the symptom should add one hour of sleeping time everyday.Everybody has different sleep requirement,you need to find regular sleep time which is the most fit for you.

(5)Grasp the peak of vigor.Some people are lively in the morning,some are vigorous in the afternoon,it's extremely important to find the peak of your vigor so that you can set up your own timetable.
