感人肺腑的毕业演讲
上星期六，我们举行了首期雅克斯（美国大学精英竞争高级课程）的毕业典礼。内容以全英文教学。每个学生都发表了毕业演讲，有的学生在演讲中梗咽，来自哈佛的授课老师Jason Wong的演讲更是感人肺腑。下面是他的演讲稿的中文译本。
亲爱的家长、朋友和同学们：
你们好！
首先非常感谢各界朋友来和我们共同度过今天这个特别的日子。对于我们的学生及家长来说，这是个十分重要的时刻，因此请允许我对各位朋友的支持和光临再次表示由衷地感谢！
各位家长朋友，能够在此祝贺您培养出如此出色、有见识、完美的孩子是我的荣幸。虽然我没有养育过孩子，但我小时候却是个不太听话也让父母很费心的小孩。我能够想象出深夜被哭闹的婴儿吵醒时您是什么滋味；也能想象出当孩子不听话做了您千叮咛万嘱咐不要做的事情而受伤，您要为他疗伤时又是什么滋味；接送孩子参加课外活动需要多少时间和耐心；以及您和孩子之间不可避免的争吵，因为我们都是普通人，父母和孩子关系亲密，但同时又因爱而不可避免地存在着分歧。
您很快将送您的孩子进入大学。您不仅仅是送孩子去大学，而是去美国的大学。在经历了所有的考验和磨难之后，为他们送行对您来说肯定也是悲喜交加的。但是您又必须将他们送往美国，因为您深深知道，这是正确的选择，而且有助于他们成长、获得成功、变得更加完美、生活地更加幸福快乐。看到子女学习、成长、并获得成功，做父母的都会引以为豪。世上其他的任何人与人之间的关系都难以同父母与子女的关系相媲美。
但是最重要的，我今天是要向在刚刚过去的两个星期里我有幸教授的学生们致辞。在短短几个星期里，我们共同度过了一段美好的时光，并分享各自的故事、美食，共同欢笑。当我细细回味这短短的两个星期竟能如此有意义时我不禁感到惊异。通过这段时间的课程，我的目标是尽我全力让你们对大学、并最终对美国生活做好充分的准备。我努力地探索并传授你们知识和技巧，让你们能够胜过他人。但最重要的，我是希望能够帮助你们发挥出各自的全部潜能。
能够看到学生充分认识自己、不断进步、学习、成长、并挑战自己是教学的最大乐趣，也是教师最大的骄傲。现在我已经看到了这些。我看到了你们的贡献、活力、课上课下学习的愿望。我深知你们可以做任何事，你们可以达到所有的目标，我也深知你们也认识到了这一点。美国梦，在某种意义上来讲，也越来越是一个中国梦。而中国梦，也越来越紧密地与美国梦联系在了一起。在这个国际化迅速发展的社会里，你们所有人都将精通两国语言，并拥有利用世界上最强大的两个国家的优势。你们拥有无限的机会。
在这过去的两周时间里，我们学习了很多。和你们说再见我很难过。但，你们离开我的课堂后又将走入美国社会的大课堂，这又使我无比自豪！我将不再做你们的老师，你们也将不是我的学生了，但这并不意味着我们不能做终生的朋友。今天我们将说再见，也并不意味着我们将永不会再见！
也许在不久的将来，我们会再见到彼此。那时，我将会同样自豪并心存感激，因为在这个即将过去的2008年的夏天曾与你们相识！

Last Saturday,we had the first-term commencement of Jacques(American university advanced course of talents compete) .The courses are taught in tirely English.Each of the students made a graduation speech. Some of them choked with sobs during speaking. Jason Wong's speech, a schoolteacher from Harvard, deeply moved everyone at present. Here is the chinese version of his speech.
Good morning,dear parents、friends and students:
First I am very grateful that all circles of friends can spend time in this special day with us! It's a significant moment to our students and their parents.So please allow me to express my sincere gratitude to the dishtinguished guests for your full supporting and presence here again.
It's my honor to congratulate you,every parent, for you bring up so good ,so knowledged ,so perfect child .Though I did not nurse a child ,I have even been a naughty boy who brought bother to my parents. I can imagine your feeling when your dream was interrupted by your baby's noises;I can imagine your feeling when you had to treat your child who was hurt by doing somethings that you asked him not to do again and again ;It's need a lot of time and patience to send and pick up your child for their taking part in activities of out class;you have to bear the disputes existing between you and your child,because both of us are ordinary people. Though there is close relations between you and your child,there is inevitable differences between you and your child for love.
you will soon send your child to go to university. You not only send your child to go to university but also send him/ her to go to American university. It's happy combines with bitter for you to send them to go to university after a lot of trials and crucifixions. But you had to send them to America. Because you deeply know it's a correct choice to send them to America ,which is helpful to their growth, success, perfection and happy . Parents are pround of seeing their children study, grow and get success . There is nothing can compare the relations between parents and their children in the world.
But it is the most important that I have great honor to make a speech to the students whom I taught during the past two weeks. In short several weeks we spent happy time together sharing our respective stories, good food and funny things. I can't help feeling surprised to ponder over the meaningful two short weeks. My goal is to make you prepare everything well for your university life ,eventually for American life through this period's studying as possible as I can. I managed to explore new methods and teach you knowledge and skills so that you are able to exceed others. Moreover,the most important thing is that I hope you can exert your full potential respectively.
It is my great pleasure and great pride as a teacher to see my students can recognize and challenges themselves as well as study,grow ,make progress constantly. Now I have seen these things happen. I have seen your contribution,energe and desire of study on or out of class. I deeply know you can do anything and reach all the targets .I deeply know you have realized this point.The American dream,in a sense,is also a chinese dream day after day .And that chinese dream is joined with America dream closer and closer. In this society that internationalization rapid developed, all of you will master two languages of two countries and possess of the advantages of the two powerful countries in the world. So you have infinite chances.
During the past two weeks ,we learned a lot. I'm sorry to say goodbye to you . However,you will enter the big American classroom ,which makes me incomparable pride! I will not be your teacher and you will not be my students,however, which dosen't mean that we can't be life frieds. Today we will say bye , also ,which doesn't mean we shall not see forever!
Perhaps we can see each other soon in the future, at that time ,I will be pride and grateful because I was ever acquainted with you during the summer which will soon end in 2008!
