Introduction to Qiandao Lake
Qiandao Lake enjoys notable fame both domestically and internationally due to its typical island lake sceneries. Here you can set eyes on green water with rippling waves, star-studded islands, lush hills, deep and serene gorges, limpid and gurgling creeks and bizarre caves and rocks. Among these beautiful sceneries there are diversified biological resources, cultural relics and historical sites and abundant local products. Through large-scale rebuilding and construction over recent years, Qiandao Lake now features six scenic areas, which are Xianshan (Admirable Hill), Pingfeng (Screen Peak), Meifeng (Plum Blossom Peak), Longshan (Dragon Hill), animals and stone forests, containing fourteen scenic spots with high taste and rich meaning.
