②每天吃600-800克谷类、豆类、植物类根茎,加工越简单的植物类食物越好;
③每天吃红肉(牛、羊、猪肉)不应超过90克,最好以鱼和家禽代替红肉;
④少吃高脂肪食物,特别是动物性脂肪。选择食用适宜的植物油并控制用量;
⑤少吃盐,少吃腌制食物,每天每人盐的消耗量应该少于6克,少吃精制糖和甜食;
⑥不提倡喝酒,即使想喝也应少喝一点(白酒控制在50克以内);

⑨ Don’t eat burned food, fish and meat baked directly on fire and brawn. Bacon shouldn’t be eaten too often.
