2.帮助客户解决问题

客户能找到你,接受你的服务,他最根本的目的就是为了要你帮助他妥善地解决问题。

3.迅速响应客户的需求

金牌服务的一个重要环节就是能迅速地响应客户的需求,对于服务工作来说,当你的客户对你表达了他的需求后,你应在第一时间就立刻对他的需求做出迅速反应。就上一个案例来说,你去的那家餐厅,菜做得非常好,可排队需要很长的时间,如果你为了吃顿饭,还要花1个小时甚至更长的时间去排队,你势必就会选择另一家餐厅了。

4.始终以客户为中心

对服务代表来讲,你在为客户提供服务的过程中,是否始终都以你的客户为中心,是否始终关注他的心情、需求,这也是非常重要的。

始终以客户为中心不能只是一句口号或是贴在墙上的服务宗旨。始终以客户为中心应是一种具体的实际行动和带给客户的一种感受,如:快速的为客户倒上一杯水;真诚地向客户表示歉意;主动地帮助客户解决问题;在客户生日时主动寄上一张贺卡或打电话问候;在客户等候时为客户准备书刊杂志以消磨时间等。

5.持续提供优质服务

对人来说,做一件好事很容易,难的是做一辈子的好事。对企业来说也是如此,你可以为你的客户提供一次优质的服务,甚至一年的优质服务,难的是能为你的客户去提供长期的、始终如一的高品质服务。但如果你真的做到了这一点,你必然会发现,企业会逐渐形成自己的品牌。如果那样,企业在同行业的竞争中就能取得相当大的优势。
