      行动一:拥有权威的声音

      慌慌张张而又刺耳的声音往往会让别人感到神经紧张。如果能将声音放得稍微低沉一些,速度控制得快慢适中,并且通过一些短小的停顿来引导听你说话的人,便能够很容易地赢得谈话对方的好印象。
      在国外,有专门的职场声音教练,他们给出的最基本的一条建议是:“在谈话的时候,将身体放松,并且好好地控制自己双脚的位置。”也就是说,如果我们能够在说话的时候保持身体挺直,并将身体重心平均地分配到双脚上,我们的言谈就能够给别人带来更深刻的印象。
