中新网1月8日电 据中央电视台报道，北京市卫生局7日下午针对北京市近期发生的一起人感染高致病性禽流感病例召开了新闻通报会，专家表示，目前北京发生禽流感人传人的概率几乎为零，请广大市民放心。
1月6日北京市卫生局通报了北京市确诊一例人感染高致病性禽流感病例，患者黄某发病于2008年12月24日，1月5日救治无效死亡。
目前北京市已经启动了二级应急响应机制，加强对相关流行病的监测和防控；设立佑安医院和地坛医院作为人禽流感救治指定医院；在县区一级成立专家组，一旦出现病人可以及时会诊。
据介绍，人感染禽流感后潜伏期一般在7天以内。北京市这起人禽流感病例发生后，医疗机构对与患者有过密切接触的116名人员进行了医学观察，至今尚未发现异常临床表现。
据介绍，禽流感通常出现在雀鸟身上，家禽及候鸟患上此病几率较高。人如果没有接触受感染的活家禽、雀鸟及其粪便就无须过分担心会患上禽流感。即使有人类患上禽流感的个案存在，也没有证据显示这种病毒能有效传播。

The experts said the probability for human to human transmission was almost zero, the mass civilians could set their hearts at rest.
Jan 6th Beijng Health bureau reported a diagnosed high pathogenic bird flu case of human transmission in Beijing, the sufferer, someone surnamed Huang was taken bad in Dec 24th, 2008, failed to respond to any medical treatment and died in Jan 5th.
At present Beijing has started level 2 emergency response mechanism, strengthened the supervision and precaution of relevant epidemic; set Youan Hospital and Ditan Hospital as designated hospitals for human cases of bird flu; established expert groups in the county and district level for immidate consultation if someone was infected.
According to instructions, the latency period of bird flu is usually less than 7 days if a human is infected. After this human case of bird flu in Beijing, medical organization made medical observation on the 116 people who had intimate contact with the sufferer, until now no abnormal clinical manifestation was found.
As introductions said, bird flu often emerges on sparrows, fowls and migrant birds are relatively easy to suffer from this kind of disease. People don't have to worry too much about getting bird flu if they haven't touched living fowls or sparrows and their dejection before. Even the isolated case that human get bird flu exists, there's no evidence that this virus can effectively prevail.
