Need a good reason to laugh? Here's one. April is National Humor Month. It's a time in which you can laugh out loud, snicker and giggle without feeling guilty. Here are few ways to start your fun. Do it by:

Attending a "laugh" class. Did you know that you could take a class that teaches you how to laugh? It's a new form of therapy. Your laugh coach will instruct you on the ins-and-outs of laughter and also help you understand its benefits. It's a quick way and painless way to reduce stress and boost your immune system.

Telling at least three jokes. Do you think your funny bone is dead? Revive it by telling at least three jokes this month. Even if they all fall flat, you'll get a chance to stimulate your inner funny man. Who knows? It might be the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

Viewing a funny clip on YouTube. YouTube is popular for a reason. It offers its users endless hours of funny clips. So, during this month, make it a habit to visit this site. You can even pull up your favorite comedienne and get a few laughs for free.

Tuning into a morning radio show. Is your commute getting your down? Try listening to a morning show. Spreading joy and laughter is the focal point of most morning crews. So tune in. Try a syndicated radio show like “The Tom Joyner Show.” It'll make you laugh your way into work.

Watching a comedy. Are you a fan of I Love Lucy? Maybe you dig Beverly Hills Cops? Regardless, select a few comedies to watch this month and laugh your way right through tax season. It'll help you deal with paying the IRS and fumbling with the process of filing your tax forms.

Spending time with a light-hearted friend. Do you have a pal who always makes your laugh? Take time to see him. It'll give you a chance to let down your hair and let loose a few laughs. Try seeing your friend for at least two hours.

In conclusion, celebrate National Humor Month by tickling your funny bone. It'll be one holiday that actually relieves stress instead of bringing it.
