　　想要自己显得更年轻些，光靠保养脸部是远不够的，除了手会泄露年龄秘密，还有一个重要的部位，那就是颈部。多年过去了，至今一位形体老师的话仍记忆犹新：判断女人的年龄，看一下脖子足够了。不过，男士们也不能掉以轻心，试问：松弛和弹簧样的脖子会让男人帅到哪里去?

　　颈部皮肤十分细薄而脆弱，特别是颈部前面皮肤，皮脂腺和汗腺的数量只有面部皮肤的三分之一，皮脂分泌较少，难以保持水分，容易干燥，易产生皱纹。颈部皮肤的厚度只有脸部的2/3，胶原蛋白含量也比较少，缺乏适当的护理，易出现缺水、粗糙、黯沉、松弛和细纹。在干燥的环境里，颈部的保湿护理更加关键，否则便会引发横向伸展的颈纹，提前老化。
　　颈纹通常有两种，一种是初期老化的皱纹，十几岁时便开始出现，通常不明显。另种皱纹则是受紫外线的影响，并随着年龄的增加而加深，可能非常明显。无数次抬头、低头的动作，加上支撑头部的重量，颈部肌肤很容易加速老化和松弛，产生皱纹。一旦产生皱纹后，很难恢复弹性再消除。
　　
　　颈部怎么保养呢?
　　
　　1. 卸妆和洁面要延伸到锁骨部位。颈部皮肤的清洁程序与面部一样，先用性质温和的洁面乳清洗，随后拍上化妆水。
　　2. 颈霜要早晚使用。晚上要使用抗皱紧肤的晚霜或精华素，最好成为一种习惯。如果没有专门的颈霜，那么在给脸上涂护肤品时千万别忘了要照顾到颈部，只要不是太油的面霜都可以用在颈部。
　　3. 颈霜的涂法是先在掌心摩擦霜体至温热。头往上仰，双手由下往上，以手指中段的部分稍稍用力，把松弛的肉推出来。然后头部侧向右边，双手以指腹施力，在颈部左边由下往上推揉，直到耳后。然后按上面的方法换边做。最后双手大拇指一起伸出，将下腭多余的肉往前推到下巴处，再分别往左右耳按摩。(注意，颈部也有从上往下的排水手法，但除非脸肿的时候用以外，平时不要用)
　　4. 紫外线过度照射颈部的话，也会出现老化问题，出门前必须在颈部涂抹适量的防晒霜。
　　5. 颈部也别忘记去角质，应该挑选颗粒细致的去角质产品。以螺旋的方式由下往上搓揉，要注意颈部靠近耳后的部分。
　　6. 去角质后，是敷颈膜的最佳时间。颈膜的品牌很少，也可用面膜代替。

　　To make yourself look younger, just taking care of your facial skin is far from enough. The appearance of your hands will give away your true age, and your neck will, too. Although many years have passed, the words of a figure training teacher still remain fresh in my memory. She once said that, "You can tell the age of a woman just by looking at her neck”. And men should also treat their necks seriously. Just imagine a man with a flabby neck muscles or a spring-like neck, can he be handsome?

　The skin on the neck is very thin and delicate, especially the front part of the neck. The number of sebaceous glands and sweat glands in the neck is only one-third of that in the face. The small number of glands  secreting less sebum makes it difficult to retain moisture on the neck, and then wrinkles appear easily. The thickness of the skin on the neck is just two thirds of the facial skin, and collagen protain content is also less. So, without proper care, the neck area will be dry, rough, dark, flabby and wrinkled. 　　1.Removing makeup from your face as well as your neck. Cleansing both of them in the same way. Use mild cleanser and then apply the toner.

2.Neck cream should be used every morning and night. It is better to get into the habit of  using anti-wrinkle and firm night cream or essence at night. If you have no neck cream, use your face cream, only if it is not too greasy.
　　3.The way to apply the cream: rub the cream between your hands until it is warm, hold your head up, and apply it on your neck in upward and outward motions.
　   4.Excessive exposure to ultraviolate will accelerate the aging of your neck, so apply sunscreen cream before you go outside.
　　5.Don't forget to exfoliate your neck, use mild exfoliating product and rub it on your neck in upward motions. pay special attention to the skin behind your ears.
　    6.Apply neck mask immediately after exfoliation. since there are not many neck masks, you can use facial masks instead.
