1.一双鞋天天穿着不换

由于我们的脚和身体其它部位一样也会出汗,鞋在穿过一天之后都会变得潮湿,而且至少需要24小时才会完全干透。每天都穿同一双鞋,只会令自己的脚长期处在一种潮湿的状态下,病菌也更加容易滋生。

建议:准备2到3双鞋,轮换着穿。回到家中要换上拖鞋,让“累”了一天的鞋也透透气。

2.习惯紧身的衣服

紧身的衣服能够突出身体的完美曲线,许多女孩子对此“爱不释身”,即使体重增加了以后还不肯加大尺码。然而,长时间穿着过紧的衣服,容易出现压迫到内脏器官的情形,引起腹涨腹痛,加重心脏负荷,而令人产生明显的不适感。

如果裤子太紧,会使胃酸倒溢。倒溢的胃酸刺激食道,引发胸闷胸痛。同时,长时间穿着过紧的裤子不利于体内气体的排放运作,所谓“不通则痛”,腹涨等各种疾病也由此产生。

建议:除了减肥之外,或不再自欺欺人的添购一些宽松的衣物。

3.洗衣服时尽量省水

虽然节约用水是一种很好的环保行为,但是,如果洗衣服时用水过少,不能彻底清洗衣服上的污物和洗衣粉,就会刺激皮肤,尤其是敏感性皮肤,还可能会引发皮肤病。

洗涤用品多含化学制剂,大都对皮肤有一定的刺激性,残留在与我们天天肌肤相亲”的衣物上,其危害可想而知。其中,衣物柔顺剂引发的问题更多。

建议:洗衣服时,该用水就用水,至少应该达到洗干净的标准。别因盲目省水危害自己的健康。

4.手提过重的东西

女人弱质纤纤的形象已经不再受到社会的推崇,现代女性往往要从事一些以往只有男人才做的重型体力活。但是,千万别不顾自己的承受能力,去做一些超出你身体负担极限的事情。医生告诉我们,很多扭伤甚至脱臼的案例都是因为负担过重的东西造成的。

建议:别逞强,拿不动的东西就不要拿。负担重物时尽量让重物靠近身体。

5.早上起床就光脚丫子

很多脚部疾病都是由此产生的。脚每天要承受我们全部的体重,所以每天都会有部分组织受到一定程度的伤害,这些伤害都需要通过夜间的休息来加以恢复。如果早上起来光脚丫子的话,脚后跟会负担过重,夜间恢复的组织也会再次遭到严重伤害。

建议:早上起床或晚上在家时,穿一双平低的拖鞋。

6.总是夹着电话筒讲电话

这个动作很容易引发背部和颈部的肌肉疼痛。为了避免听筒的滑落,多数人总很自然地用力去夹住它,由此就会加重背部和颈部肌肉的负担,且颈肩之间的肌肉在保持长时间的紧张状态下,也会出现肌肉痉挛的现象。

这一动作还有可能会引起严重的疾病。法国一名患者因长期在听电话时将听筒夹在下颚与肩膀之间,导致左眼失明,并且说话也出现困难。

建议:使用免持听筒,或是保持正确的姿势。

7.随便就倒头就睡

因为工作繁忙,或是其它一些条件的限制,很多人对睡觉的地方一点也不挑剔,椅子上、汽车里,随处都能倒头就睡。

睡觉是一个恢复体力、消除疲劳的过程,如果不能让身体充分地自然放松,睡觉就无法发挥应该发挥的作用,而且还会引发肌肉疼痛甚至痉挛。

建议:尽量避免睡在床以外的地方。如果实在无法避免,睡一会起来一会,也会比一直睡在不舒适的地方强。

8.从不清洗牙刷

“牙刷还需要清洗?”是的,正所谓“病从口入”,牙刷每天都要到我们的口中“光临”1-2次,它的卫生当然不可小视。实际上,牙刷在清洗我们的口腔时,就会沾染上各种各样的物质,包括细菌,再加上它长期处于卫生间这样一个潮湿的环境,细菌更容易滋生。有研究证明,使用15天后的牙刷,如果未经清洗就会有细菌产生。

建议:刷牙后仔细清洗牙刷,尤其要记得冲掉上面残余的牙膏和食物残渣。感冒后一定要记着更换牙刷。

9.在飞机上久坐不动

长时间地坐着不动会加重背部及腿关节地压力,甚至会促成血凝块的产生。在飞机上久坐不动就更加危险。地球引力使血液流入心脏,但在飞机上,地球引力明显减弱,如果有血凝块产生并流入肺部,就会引起致命的肺阻塞。

建议:乘坐飞机时,可别就赖在座位里不动了,记得多起身走走动动。

10.长时间地不眨眼睛

这在天天与计算机打交道的办公室里最普遍,眼镜盯着计算机屏幕,可能会好几分钟也不眨一下。此将可能引发“计算机视觉综合症”,出现流眼泪、视力下降、戴隐形眼镜不适感等症状。

建议:用眼一段时间要注意休息,眨一眨眼睛。

1.  Always wearing the same shoes.

To wear the same shoes everyday will makes your feet under wet condition for a long time, which may easily become the breeding place of bacteria.

 Suggestion: prepare 2~3 pairs of shoes to wear in turn. Change the slippers at home, so the “tired” shoes also can have a breath.

 2.  Get used to tight clothes.  

The skin-tight fit clothes can standout the perfect shape of the body so that many young girls are crazy about it; even the weight has been increased but refuse to add the size. However, wearing tight clothes for a long time will easily do harm to the internal organs, causing diarrhea or abdominal pain, putting an additional load to the heart, which can bring the obvious uncomfortable sense to you.

If the trousers are over tight, the hydrochloric will flow backwards, which will stimulate the esophagus, causing pains in the chest. At the same time, wearing over tight pants is unfavorable to discharge the waste gas, and thus lead to the pain in the body, diarrhea and other diseases.

3.   Save water when washing clothes.

 Although save water is a environment-friendly conduct, if we use less water to wash clothes, and thus the dirt or washing powders still remain in the clothes, which will stimulate the skin, especially the sensitive skin, even trigger the skin diseases.

 Generally, many wash articles contains chemical compositions, most of whom are irritant substances. You can imagine how dangerous it is if they remain in the clothes dressed everyday. Among them, the fabric conditioner triggers much more problems.

 Suggestion: use enough water when washing clothes; at least come up to the standard of neat and tidy. Do not save water blindly.

 4. Carrying overloaded things

 The fragile image of woman has been gone in contemporary society, the modern female often have to tae up to the heavy physical labors used to be done only by men in the past. But, do not regardless of your endurance to do some thing beyond your limit. According to the doctor, many cases of sprain or dislocation are caused by carrying overloaded things.

 Suggestion: don’t try to carry the heavy things. When shouldering the heavy, let them get alone to your body as much as possible.

 5. Get up in the morning without putting on the shoes

 It will cause many kinds of foot disease. The feet have to bear our whole weights all day long, so some parts of the tissue will be damaged to some extent, and the damages can be recovered by having a break at night. If we bare the feet once getting up, the heels are overloaded, and the recovered tissue will also be seriously damage again.

 Suggestion: when you get up in the morning or stay at home at night, wearing a pair of flat slippers.

 6. When you’re calling, clamp the phone on your shoulder

 The action will easily lead to muscular soreness in the back and neck. In order to avoid falling down, many people will clamp the microphone naturally; hence add the burden on the muscle between the back and the neck, furthermore, if keeping the muscle under the intense condition for a long time, it will causes spasm of the muscle.

 Suggestion: use louder speaker or keep correct posture.

 7. Tumble into bed everywhere

  For the busy or the other limitations, many people are not picky at all to the place to sleep, in the chair or the car wherever can be the “bed”.

Sleep is the process of recovery and relaxes, if the body can not relax to the full, sleeping can’t exert function to the best, and trigger muscle soreness or even spasm.

 Suggestion: avoid sleeping except for the bed as much as possible. If it is unavoidable, sleep for a while and then get up for another while, such would be better than sleeping in the comfortable place.

 8. Never cleaning the toothbrush

 “Does the toothbrush need cleaning?” yes! What is called “diseases goes in the by the mouth”, we use the toothbrush at least one or twice times a day, and thus its hygiene can not be slighted.  Suggestion: clean the toothbrush carefully after using it, especially remember to watch away the remaining toothpaste and leftovers. Remember to change toothbrush when you caught a cold.

 9. Stay motionlessly the airplane

 Sitting motionlessly for a long time will put on more pressure on the joint of the back and legs, even causes the blood clot. Stay motionlessly in the airplane is more dangerous. The gravity makes the blood flown into the heart, but in the plane, it is obviously weakened; if the blood clot flow into the lung, which will causes fatal lung block.

 Suggestion: remember to go around more often on plane.

 10. Fix the eyes over a long time

 It’s commonly found in the office where people have to deal with the computers, and keep their eyes fixed on the screen without a wink. That may lead to “computer vision syndrome”, accompany the symptom of lachrymation, the drop of eyesight and the discomfort when wearing the contact lenses and so forth.

  Suggestion: have a break after watching for a period of time, blink your eyes.
