Here is a circuit I did a couple weeks ago after my New Rules Of Lifting For Women
workout. I really like to work my lower body, its where I carry the most body fat. So if I can tone that at the same time as burning fat off my body….why the heck not!

1. Prisoner Squats x 20
2. Alt Jumping Lunges x 20 (10 each leg)
*Go into a lunge position and then jump to switch legs, staying in a lunge position.
3. Hip Extension Jumps x 20
4. Speed Skates x 20
5. Power Strides x 20
